电力系统能效改善的成长上限及对策基模

【摘要】:为重构已建电力系统以改善系统的能源效率,运用系动力学研究电力系统整体资源优化,分析了电力供销系统能源效率改善的反馈机理,认为电力供销系统能效改善过程中会激发一些抑制能效改善的因素,造成能效改善的成长上限现象,并提出引入末端治理机构促进环境成本进入电力供应链和通过政府介入引导和参与能效资产投资两个对策基模。
[Abstract]:In order to reconstruct the existing power system to improve the energy efficiency of the system, the overall resource optimization of the power system is studied by using system dynamics, and the feedback mechanism of improving the energy efficiency of the power supply and marketing system is analyzed. It is considered that the process of energy efficiency improvement in power supply and marketing system will stimulate some factors that inhibit the improvement of energy efficiency and lead to the upper-bound phenomenon of energy efficiency improvement. The paper also puts forward two countermeasures: introducing the terminal governance mechanism to promote the environmental cost into the power supply chain and government intervention to guide and participate in the investment of energy efficiency assets.
