大宗商品交易的供应链资金流管理研究

【摘要】：供应链的产业组织模式正在快速的发展，随着新商品流通体系、及互联网技术和电子交易平台的快速发展，供应链管理水平在快速提高，供应链资金流管理是供应链管理的重要内容，旨在提高供应链资金流转效能。提高供应链资金流管理水平，能够极大推进供应链效能的优化和提升。大宗商品的流通是资金密集型行业，资本存量、资金需求量大，随着大宗商品流通形势的变化，业务往来频率、信息化程度大大提升，资金流逐步成为大宗商品供应链发展的最大瓶颈。本文理论结合实例研究，得出如下结论，一、供应链资金流管理研究的重要性日益突出。二、大宗商品交易供应链资金流管理的三种操作模式，从供应链节点企业内部出发，以提高节点企业本身的运营资金周转效率为目标，提出节点企业内部采用运营资产池的管理工具。本文从节点企业之间考虑，，以供应链整体优化为目的，提出了采用联合库存管理和供应链金融的模式来提高供应链资金流的管理绩效。三、供应链资金流管理所需的配套措施，（一）企业内部尽量采用先进的信息化管理系统。（二）加快发展建设电子信息化交易平台。（三）政府和相关的监管机构需要出台更加细致的法律法规。四、供应链资金流管理发展的方向。
[Abstract]:Supply chain capital flow management is an important part of supply chain management, aiming to improve the efficiency of supply chain capital flow. Improving the management level of supply chain capital flow can greatly promote the optimization and improvement of supply chain efficiency. Capital flow has gradually become the biggest bottleneck in the development of commodity supply chain. In this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the importance of the study of supply chain capital flow management is increasingly prominent. The paper puts forward the management tool of operating assets pool in nodal enterprises. Third, supply chain capital flow management necessary supporting measures, (1) the enterprise uses the advanced information management system as far as possible. (2) to accelerate the development and construction of electronic information trading platforms. (III) the government and relevant regulators need to introduce more detailed laws and regulations. Fourth, supply chain capital flow management development direction.
