企业物料进销存信息系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:Since the end of 1960s, with the development of computer software development technology and computer hardware processing technology, as well as the development of business management concept, the combination of computer software and business management has become more and more serious. From MRP to MRP-II to ERP, computer intelligent information system has become an important reference for enterprise decision makers. Our country also began to explore the combination of enterprise management and computer intelligent information system in 1980's. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, and the subsequent accession to the World Trade Organization, our enterprises are also facing more opportunities and challenges. This kind of severe commercial competition situation compels our country enterprise to embark on the computer information management the journey. The information system of material purchase, sale and storage management in the graduation design will help the small and medium-sized enterprises to realize the information digital intelligent management, improve the management efficiency of the enterprise, improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. The design and implementation of enterprise material purchasing and selling management information system includes seven modules, namely: system basic information module, product sales module, material storage module, inventory management module, return management module, Privilege management module and help module. Each module division of labor is clear, and the modules cooperate with each other. The basic information module of the system includes the management of the basic information of all commodities, suppliers and customers, and the management of the employee information and the handheld information. Product sales module responsible for product sales related to the delivery of goods, signing orders and corresponding inquiries. The material storage module includes the management of purchase order and storage information, and provides the corresponding query function. Inventory management module mainly completes inventory related query, inventory and distribution, allocation management. The return management module includes two types of goods return management, that is, the return management of incoming materials and the return management of sold products. At the same time, the query function of corresponding operation records is provided. The privilege management module classifies the users of the system, endows, changes, deletes and verifies the rights of different system users to ensure that the system data cannot be changed at will. The help module will provide late-stage technical support to system users to ensure that the system can be updated and maintained as needed. The system will assist the enterprise to rationalize and optimize the purchase and sales planning, so as to keep the inventory as small as possible, in order to reduce the backlog of goods caused by the capital block, waste; Make the enterprise managers to formulate more accurate sales plans, in order to maximize the inflow of funds, so that the entire enterprise's capital chain, material supply chain, product sales chain in an orderly manner, in a virtuous cycle, Thus, enterprises can obtain economic benefits to the greatest extent. In the process of design and development, the management requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises are fully investigated, the feasibility of system design is demonstrated, and the mature development technology is adopted to realize the system, which ensures the stability and reliability of the system. The actual performance of the system shows that the design of the system is reasonable and consistent with the expected target.
