基于VMI模式的S电梯公司库存管理优化研究

【摘要】：随着经济的迅速发展、全球化趋势的不断加强和市场竞争的日益激烈，我国的中小型民营企业要想取得生存与发展，，越来越多地需要与其他企业之间建立联系，因此整个供应链上的管理就显得尤为重要。库存管理的好坏直接影响着供应链管理的结果，所以选择一个适合企业发展需要的库存管理模式对企业来说是非常重要的。供应商管理库存（VMI）是一种在供应链环境下进行库存管理的典型模式，自从这种模式提出以来，引起了广泛关注。本论文以S电梯公司为背景，通过分析供应链与库存的相关理论知识，提出了供应链环境下的库存管理模式，在分析S电梯公司库存管理现状、存在的问题及原因的基础上，提出传统的库存管理模式已经不能适应S电梯公司的发展需要。然后分析了S电梯公司基于供应商管理库存（VMI）进行库存管理优化的必要性与可行性，运用运筹学及数学的相关知识，结合确定型存储模型构建了一个供应商管理库存（VMI）的优化模型，通过对比供应商管理库存（VMI）实施前和实施后的库存成本及利润的变化，证明在S电梯公司实施VMI模式的实际意义。最后提出了基于VMI模式的S电梯公司库存管理优化的实施策略。研究表明供应商管理库存（VMI）是一种适合S电梯公司发展的库存管理模式，它能有效地降低库存、减少成本，控制供应链上的需求放大现象，改善迟交货现象，提高企业的市场竞争力。本文的研究对于提升S电梯公司的供应链乃至其他中小型民营企业的供应链运作效率具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the increasing trend of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, the small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country need to establish contact with other enterprises more and more if they want to survive and develop. Therefore, the management of the whole supply chain is particularly important. The quality of inventory management directly affects the results of supply chain management, so it is very important for enterprises to choose an inventory management model suitable for the development of enterprises. Vendor managed inventory (VMI) is a typical model of inventory management in supply chain environment. This paper takes S elevator company as the background, through the analysis supply chain and inventory related theory knowledge, proposed the inventory management pattern under the supply chain environment, in the analysis S elevator company inventory management present situation, the existence question and the reason foundation. Put forward the traditional inventory management mode can not meet the needs of the development of S elevator company. Then it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of inventory management optimization based on VMI in S Elevator Company, and applies the related knowledge of operational research and mathematics. Based on the deterministic storage model, a VMI optimization model is constructed, and the changes of VMI cost and profit before and after VMI are compared. Prove the practical significance of implementing VMI mode in S elevator company. Finally, the implementation strategy of inventory management optimization of S elevator company based on VMI mode is put forward. The research shows that VMI is a kind of inventory management mode suitable for S elevator company. It can effectively reduce inventory, reduce cost, control demand amplification in supply chain, and improve late delivery. Improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. The research in this paper has positive significance for improving the supply chain efficiency of S Elevator Company and other small and medium private enterprises.
