迪卡侬（中国）零售端VMI实施研究

【摘要】：低成本与高效率是各个企业赢得市场的重要手段之一。因此,作为体育用品经销商更应该关注供应链中库存管理问题,及时应对市场需求,保证企业持久化的运营。本文以迪卡侬零售端为研究对象,就迪卡侬零售端库存管理所出现的问题及问题的成因,设计出迪卡侬VMI实施方案并提出对应的实施VMI的保障措施。本文主要包括绪论、理论基础、迪卡侬公司库存管理现状、库存管理方案设计与实施、保障措施以及结论等六个部分。第一部分,主要论述了研究的背景和意义,介绍了本文的研究内容以及研究技术路线。第二部分,主要是对供应链理论的发展历程、供应链的内涵、供应链管理的内涵、库存形成的原因以及库存的作用进行了简要分析,重点分析了供应商管理库存的含义,其能够给企业带来的效益以及VMI的实施条件。第三部分,对迪卡侬公司发展情况以及其供应链结构进行了介绍,在此基础上,通过对其库存管理现状进行调研,找出其库存管理中存在的问题,并深入分析这些问题出现的原因。第四部分,在理论研究以及对迪卡侬公司库存管理现状分析的基础上,对迪卡侬公司的库存管理方案进行了设计。首先根据公司实际情况提出了该公司实施VMI的目标及原则,并通过对其实施VMI的条件进行分析指出迪卡侬公司具备实施VMI所需的条件。在此基础上,对其VMI运作方案以及实施步骤进行了设计。第五部分,主要是从人力资源、现代信息技术、第三方物流以及企业之间的写作4个方面提出了迪卡侬公司VMI实施的保障措施。第六部分,主要是对本文的研究结果进行了总结。
[Abstract]:Low cost and high efficiency is one of the important means for enterprises to win the market. Therefore, as sporting goods dealers should pay more attention to the supply chain inventory management, timely response to market demand, to ensure sustainable operation of enterprises. This paper takes the Dicknon retail end as the research object, designs the implementation scheme of Dicknon VMI and puts forward the corresponding protection measures for the implementation of VMI according to the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the inventory management of Decathlon retail terminal. This paper mainly includes six parts: introduction, theoretical basis, current situation of inventory management of Decathlon Company, design and implementation of inventory management scheme, safeguard measures and conclusion. The first part mainly discusses the background and significance of the research, introduces the research content and research technical route. The second part mainly analyzes the development course of supply chain theory, the connotation of supply chain, the connotation of supply chain management, the reason of inventory formation and the function of inventory. It can bring benefits to the enterprise and the implementation conditions of VMI. The third part introduces the development of Decathlon Company and its supply chain structure. On this basis, through the investigation of the current situation of inventory management, find out the existing problems in its inventory management. And in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems. In the fourth part, on the basis of theoretical research and the analysis of inventory management status of Decathlon Company, the inventory management scheme of Decathlon Company is designed. Firstly, according to the actual situation of the company, the aim and principle of implementing VMI are put forward, and through the analysis of the conditions for the implementation of VMI, it is pointed out that Decathlon has the necessary conditions for the implementation of VMI. On this basis, the VMI operation scheme and implementation steps are designed. The fifth part, mainly from the human resources, the modern information technology, the third party logistics and the enterprise writing four aspects has proposed the Decathlon company VMI implementation safeguard measure. The sixth part summarizes the research results of this paper.
