捆绑支付对我国医疗卫生领域供给侧改革的启示

【摘要】：捆绑支付通过改善现有的不同医疗机构之间各自为战、碎片化的诊疗模式,促进医疗机构之间的协调合作,提高整体医疗服务质量,降低医疗服务费用,为我国医疗卫生领域供给侧改革提供了一个有益的思路。国外经验表明,要贯彻实施捆绑支付模式,我国应建设完整的医疗服务供应链,推动医疗机构整合;变经济刺激为经济约束,营造有序竞争环境;加强信息化建设,推动健康大数据的应用。
[Abstract]:Through the improvement of the existing separate and fragmented diagnosis and treatment mode among different medical institutions, the bundled payment can promote the coordination and cooperation among the medical institutions, improve the quality of the overall medical services, and reduce the medical service costs. It provides a useful idea for the supply-side reform in the field of health care in China. Foreign experience shows that in order to implement the bundled payment model, China should build a complete medical service supply chain, promote the integration of medical institutions, transform economic stimulus into economic constraints, create an orderly competitive environment, and strengthen information construction. Promote the application of healthy big data.
