带运输的供应链订货和定价问题研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化的快速发展,企业相互之间的竞争愈来愈激烈,已由企业之间的竞争演变成供应链之间的竞争。此外,产品需求的多样化、快速化和市场化增大了企业供给的难度,产品是否及时补货,,货源是否充足将在很大程度上影响企业的市场竞争力,因此企业之间更需要相互合作,合理优化订货、运输等环节。 本文主要从供应链的角度出发,研究了带运输的订货与定价问题。从三个方面分别进行研究:产品的需求是确定的,需求函数是价格敏感的以及最小订货量下免费运输。然后建立各自相关的数学模型,通过运用优化方法对决策变量进行求解并给出具体的算例对结果进行验证分析。本文共分成5章,具体每章研究的内容如下: 第1章主要介绍了供应链的相关概念以及当前国内外的主要研究成果。 第2章当产品的需求是确定的情形时,研究了带提前期的两阶段供应链最优订货与运输决策问题。在假设常数需求率,允许缺货以及提前期的分布函数条件下,建立供需双方合作与非合作下的费用函数模型,以总费用最小为目标,分析了双方的最优决策。通过数值算例对合作与非合作下的决策进行对比,说明双方合作可以节约整个供应链的成本。 第3章当产品的需求是价格敏感的情形时,研究了提前期内含有信用选择的供应链定价与订货决策问题。假定价格影响需求率,允许缺货,提前期的分布函数以及信用付款。从供应商与零售商的合作与非合作两方面,建立利润函数模型,以总利润最大为目标,分析订货与定价策略。最后通过数值算例对结果进行验证分析。 第4章中研究了最小订货量下免运费的模型。假定零售商的需求是价格敏感的且按照EOQ模型订货,供应商确定免运费下的最小订货量。文章主要讨论非合作下零售商最优订货量小于供应商的最小订货量时,零售商对于是否增加订货量以便可以享受免运费。 第5章对本文进行总结以及展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, which has changed from competition between enterprises to competition between supply chains. In addition, the diversification of product demand, rapid development and marketization increase the difficulty of enterprise supply. Whether the products are replenished in time or not and whether the supply is sufficient will greatly affect the market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises need to cooperate with each other more. Reasonable optimization of ordering, transportation and other links. From the point of view of supply chain, this paper studies the ordering and pricing problem with transportation. Three aspects are studied: product demand is determined, demand function is price-sensitive and free transportation under minimum order volume. Then the relevant mathematical models are established and the decision variables are solved by the optimization method and the results are verified and analyzed by a concrete example. This paper is divided into five chapters. The contents of each chapter are as follows: chapter 1 mainly introduces the related concepts of supply chain and the main research results at home and abroad. In chapter 2, the optimal ordering and transportation decision of two-stage supply chain with lead time is studied when the demand of the product is determined. Under the assumption of constant demand rate, allowable shortage and the distribution function of lead time, the cost function model of cooperation and non-cooperation between supply and demand parties is established, and the optimal decision of both parties is analyzed with the aim of minimum total cost. The comparison between cooperative and non-cooperative decision making shows that the cost of the whole supply chain can be saved by the cooperation between the two parties. In chapter 3, when product demand is price-sensitive, the supply chain pricing and ordering decision problem with credit choice in lead time is studied. Assume that prices affect demand rates, allow stock-outs, distribution functions of lead times, and credit payments. From the cooperation and non-cooperation between suppliers and retailers, a profit function model is established to analyze the ordering and pricing strategies with the maximum total profit as the goal. Finally, the results are verified and analyzed by numerical examples. In chapter 4, the model of free freight under minimum order quantity is studied. Assuming that the retailer's demand is price-sensitive and ordered according to the EOQ model, the supplier determines the minimum order quantity for free freight. This paper mainly discusses the optimal order quantity of a non-cooperative retailer is less than the minimum order quantity of the supplier, the retailer is concerned whether to increase the order quantity so as to enjoy the free freight. Chapter 5 summarizes and prospects this paper.
