F汽车零配件公司入厂物流的优化研究

【摘要】:随着汽车市场逐渐向买方市场转变,整个汽车行业内的竞争日益加大,单个企业的利润率在逐渐下降,几乎所有的汽车行业的生产厂商都不得不开始关注其自身的供应链物流,试图通过改善或改变其物流,来努力挖掘利润增长的第三源泉。 本文以物流管理相关理论为指导,运用案例研究方法,分析了F公司入厂物流管理中出现的问题的原因,并分别对这些原因进行分析,对于供应商扎堆交货的问题,提出了采购计划平准化和分时交货的措施;对于交货包装多样化的问题,强调了包装标准化的重要性和必须性;对于仓储库位经常报缺的问题,提出了定期重新分配库位的办法。 通过该研究的推进,基本解决了F汽车零配件公司在入厂物流环节出现的主要问题,提高了公司整体的入厂物流效率;并且,通过该优化研究,概括出了中小型汽车零配件公司在提升其入厂物流效率时所必须要解决的三个问题,希望能对其他同类型的企业起到一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual transformation of the automobile market to the buyer's market, the competition in the whole automobile industry is increasing day by day, and the profit rate of a single enterprise is gradually declining. Almost all the manufacturers in the automobile industry have to pay attention to their own supply chain logistics. Try to tap the third source of profit growth by improving or changing its logistics. Under the guidance of logistics management theory, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems in F Company's incoming logistics management by using the case study method, and analyzes these reasons respectively. Measures to equalize procurement plans and time-sharing delivery were proposed; the importance and necessity of packaging standardization was emphasized with regard to the diversification of delivery packages; and the problem of frequent shortage of warehouse space was addressed. In this paper, the method of periodically redistributing the library position is put forward. Through the advance of the research, the main problems of F Auto parts Company in the entry logistics link are basically solved, and the efficiency of the whole company's entry logistics is improved; and, through the optimization research, This paper summarizes three problems that must be solved by small and medium-sized automobile parts companies in order to improve the efficiency of their entry logistics, hoping to play a certain reference role for other similar enterprises.
