D公司新产品导入流程优化策略探讨

【摘要】:本文通过对个人计算机领域知名品牌——D公司的市场、竞争环境分析,提出多项该公司的未来发展战略。产品开发作为公司主要发展战略之一,将改变公司现有行业劣势,并满足市场需求。 如何在公司有限资源的前提下,通过产品开发战略满足市场多样化、快速化的需求呢?该问题已经成为公司管理层所面临的重要挑战。缩短新产品导入流程的提前期和提高公司现有资源的使用效率是迎接以上挑战的有效手段。 作者从D公司新产品导入流程关键路径和非关键路径中,各选取一个具有代表性的子流程(机械加工设计制造流程和供应链管理流程),并根据其流程特点和优化需求,选用不同分析方法(绩效重要性矩阵和成本收益矩阵分析方法)进行流程分析。在这个过程中,我们发现在子流程中,,存在多个与公司战略相互矛盾的流程任务。最后,我们通过对这些流程任务进行优化,从而提高子流程的绩效和降低子流程的成本。 文中所举的子流程,只是新产品导入流程中的一部分。但是文中提到的流程优化方法,具有很强的代表性,并可以灵活地应用到其它子流程中,使得优化后的新产品导入流程更好地为D公司产品开发战略服务。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the market and competitive environment of D Company, a well-known brand in the field of personal computer, and puts forward several strategies for its future development. Product development as one of the company's main development strategies will change the company's existing industry weaknesses and meet market needs. Under the premise of limited resources, how to meet the needs of market diversification and speed through product development strategy? This problem has become an important challenge to the management of the company. Shortening the lead time of the new product introduction process and improving the efficiency of the company's existing resources are the effective means to meet the above challenges. The author selects a representative sub-process (machining design and manufacturing process and supply chain management process) from the key path and non-critical path of the new product of company D, and optimizes the demand according to the characteristics of the process. Different analysis methods (performance importance matrix and cost-benefit matrix analysis method) are used to process analysis. In this process, we find that there are many process tasks that conflict with the company strategy in the sub-process. The subprocess mentioned in this paper is only part of the new product import process. But the process optimization method mentioned in this paper has strong representativeness and can be flexibly applied to other sub-processes, which makes the optimized new product import process better serve D company's product development strategy.
