【摘要】:在如今竞争日益激烈的市场环境下,讲究的是创新、质量和高效。特别是电气工业行业,随着全世界范围内的基础建设的发展,以及包括能源、工业、楼宇居所的技术革新,对于电气产品的需求日益壮大,并且产品日益更新,新产品开发上市的要求越来越高,速度越来越快。各竞争公司为了快速响应市场需求,加上行业产品生命周期短的特点,各个企业均致力于加快新产品开发速度,以在最短的时间内抢占市场份额。为了能提高项目质量,缩短项目周期,对于新产品开发流程的优化成了至关重要的措施。本文基于供应链环境下采购管理的相关理论方法,分析SND公司新产品开发项目过程中的采购工作的现状,分析当前项目采购管理中碰到的问题点:采购参与程度不够;主动性差;缺乏监督和被监督机制。结合R项目的案例,分析研究新项目采购流程在项目中的实际运用。利用产品开发的阶段性特征提出采购职责分阶段性管理、分层次化管理。从产品设计分析、供应商选择和管理、供应链优化等角度,以满足客户需求为中心,新流程建立了各职能部门相互监督、相互合作的环形流程结构。以合作的方式推动项目进展,以监督的形式提高项目质量,预见性地避免潜在的项目风险,包括价格、质量、供应等风险。本文关于SND公司新产品开发过程中采购流程的探讨与研究,旨在强调对现有流程中的问题点进行解决与优化,对企业提高采购管理水平与增强企业竞争力有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly competitive market environment, pay attention to innovation, quality and efficiency. In particular, the electrical industry, with the development of infrastructure worldwide, and technological innovations in energy, industry and housing, the demand for electrical products is growing and the products are being updated day by day. New product development goes on the market the request is higher and higher, the speed is getting faster and faster. In order to quickly respond to the market demand and the characteristics of short product life cycle, the competition companies are committed to speed up the development of new products in order to seize market share in the shortest time. In order to improve project quality and shorten project cycle, it is very important to optimize new product development process. Based on the relevant theories and methods of purchasing management in supply chain environment, this paper analyzes the current situation of purchasing work in the process of new product development project of SND Company, and analyzes the problems encountered in the current project procurement management: the degree of procurement participation is not enough; Poor initiative; lack of supervision and supervision mechanism. Combined with R project case, analyze and study the actual application of the new project purchasing process in the project. Based on the stage characteristics of product development, this paper puts forward the phased management and hierarchical management of purchasing responsibility. From the point of view of product design analysis, supplier selection and management, supply chain optimization and so on, the new process has established a circular flow structure with different functional departments to supervise and cooperate with each other. Promote project progress in a cooperative manner, improve project quality in the form of supervision, and foresight avoid potential project risks, including price, quality, supply, etc. The purpose of this paper is to discuss and study the purchasing process of SND Company in the process of new product development. The purpose of this paper is to solve and optimize the problems in the existing process, which has certain reference value for enterprises to improve the level of purchasing management and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
