基于博弈的贵州山区农产品供应链运作模式研究

【摘要】：从全国范围来看，贵州是一个经济和社会发展水平相对落后的省份，农业问题显得尤为重要。改革开放以来，贵州省农业发展取得了很大的进步，从改革开放初期贵州人民吃不饱，到20世纪末基本上实现了农产品的自给自足，再到现在农产品的出口，贵州省农业发展取得了长远的进步。物流基础设施逐步完善、综合实力明显增强，现代化的农产品物流发展初见成效，农业的快速发展在贵州省经济社会发展中起到了举足轻重的作用。虽然贵州省农业的发展取得了一定的成效，但仍然存在着农产品流通基础设施薄弱、农产品科技含量较低等硬性制约，还不能完全满足消费者对农产品安全、多样的要求，而且还不能及时地对市场的需求做出快速的反应。从贵州全省来看，农产品的流通主要集中在传统的集市与农贸市场，流通效率较低，没有形成真正意义上的农产品供应链管理；从农产品供应链的角度来看，农产品的生产者和流通者之间还没有建立起有效的联系，无法使整个农产品供应链的效率得到充分的发挥。可见，构建适合贵州山区农产品发展的供应链管理模式已成为贵州农业经济发展中亟待解决的一个重点、难点问题。本文以农产品为出发点，以农产品生产领域、流通领域的变化为基础，以博弈理论与供应链管理理论为指导，对农产品供应链运作模式进行了分析。本文首先对供应链理论进行了分析，然后对博弈论进行了阐述，，同时对博弈论在供应链中的运用进行了可行性分析；继而在充分调研的基础上对贵州省农产品供应链发展现状进行了阐述，指出了发展中存在的优势、劣势、机会与挑战，这对贵州省农业产业化的发展具有很重要的作用；最后指出了农超对接模式对贵州省农产品供应链发展的重要性，并构建了基于博弈论的农超对接供应链运作模式，分析了农合、超市在合作博弈与非合作博弈下各自利润的变化情况，确定了供应链整体利润最大化的利益均衡点。为了使理论与实际相结合，让所构建的模型更有说服力，特在对贵阳农超对接模式调研的基础上，对所构建的模型进行了实证分析，从而进一步说明了所构建的基于博弈论的农超对接模式的可行性。
[Abstract]:From a national perspective, Guizhou is a relatively backward province in economic and social development, and agricultural problems are particularly important. Since the reform and opening up, great progress has been made in the development of agriculture in Guizhou. From the beginning of reform and opening up, the people of Guizhou were not enough to eat, to the end of the 20th century, they basically realized the self-sufficiency of agricultural products, and then to the export of agricultural products now. Guizhou has made long-term progress in agricultural development. The logistics infrastructure is gradually improved, the comprehensive strength is obviously enhanced, the modern agricultural product logistics development has achieved initial results, and the rapid development of agriculture has played a pivotal role in the economic and social development of Guizhou Province. Although the development of agriculture in Guizhou Province has achieved certain results, there are still some rigid constraints, such as the weak infrastructure for the circulation of agricultural products and the low scientific and technological content of agricultural products, which can not fully meet the needs of consumers for the safety and variety of agricultural products. And still can't make quick response to the demand of the market in time. From the point of view of Guizhou Province, the circulation of agricultural products is mainly concentrated in the traditional markets and farmers' markets, and the circulation efficiency is relatively low, which does not form the true agricultural product supply chain management; from the point of view of the agricultural product supply chain, There is no effective connection between producers and marketers of agricultural products, which can not make the efficiency of the whole supply chain of agricultural products fully play. It can be seen that the construction of supply chain management model suitable for the development of agricultural products in Guizhou mountainous area has become a key and difficult problem to be solved urgently in the development of agricultural economy in Guizhou. Based on the change of agricultural product production and circulation, and guided by game theory and supply chain management theory, this paper analyzes the operation mode of agricultural product supply chain. In this paper, firstly, the supply chain theory is analyzed, then the game theory is expounded. At the same time, the feasibility of the application of game theory in supply chain is analyzed. Then, on the basis of full investigation, this paper expounds the current situation of agricultural product supply chain development in Guizhou Province, and points out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges in the development, which plays an important role in the development of agricultural industrialization in Guizhou Province. Finally, the paper points out the importance of agricultural super docking mode to the development of agricultural product supply chain in Guizhou province, and constructs the operation mode of agricultural super joint supply chain based on game theory, and analyzes agricultural cooperation. The variation of the supermarket profit under the cooperative game and the non-cooperative game determines the profit equilibrium point of the whole profit maximization of the supply chain. In order to combine theory with practice and make the model more persuasive, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the model based on the investigation of the agricultural super docking model in Guiyang. The feasibility of the model based on game theory is further explained.
