医药行业G公司低成本国家采购优化研究

【摘要】:根据时下较为流行的低成本国家采购概念,这篇论文主要从医药行业G公司一些被挑选的、真实的低成本国家采购项目出发,结合相关供应链管理理论工具,以及G公司现行的一些方法工具进行推敲对比,并提出更为优化的改进方案。 第一章节中的背景研究主要分为二个部分。一是中国医药行业无论从整个行业总产值,还是行业利润率,或者是外资、合资企业持续投资三个方面来看都是向上趋势。二是从几个热门低成本国家的综合实力的比较中得出中国具有较高的优势。其次,介绍了本文的研究意义以及思路。 第二章节的理论综述中明确对低成本国家采购的定义及相关优势。不得不提的是在执行低成本国家采购项目时可能碰到的风险和相应解决方案以及工具。其中着重介绍了以二维象限法为理论基础的供应商分类法,以关键绩效指标法为理论基础的供应商质量管理法,以及总拥有成本(TCO)等等对低成本国家采购有着直接影响的理论工具。 第三章节就G公司的实际情况介绍分析了实际低成本国家采购执行中所碰到的问题。 第四章节针对第三章中提出的问题进行了分析建议,提出合理化改进方案。 第五章节对目前碰到问题以外潜在存在的问题,尤其是对将来会对可持续发展造成瓶颈的问题进行了提炼总结。 第六章节对以上五个章节做了大致的概括总结。 全文立足于中国医药行业大环境下,,针对G公司实际执行的低成本国家采购项目所产生的问题,具体问题具体分析,最终提出优化方案。因为论文研究时间较短,有部分不够深入的地方已在第五章所提出的一些潜在挑战中进行概括,仍然需要今后在实际工作中更多地研究分析和验证。
[Abstract]:According to the current popular concept of low-cost country procurement, this paper mainly starts from some selected and real low-cost country procurement projects in pharmaceutical industry company G, combining with relevant supply chain management theory tools. And some existing methods and tools of G Company are compared, and a more optimized improvement scheme is put forward. The background research in the first chapter is divided into two parts. One is that the Chinese pharmaceutical industry is an upward trend in terms of the total output value of the whole industry, the profit margin of the industry, or foreign investment, and the sustained investment of the joint venture. Second, from the comparison of the comprehensive strength of several popular low-cost countries, China has a higher advantage. Secondly, this paper introduces the significance of the research and ideas. The second chapter makes clear the definition of low-cost country procurement and its relative advantages. Mention must be made of the risks and solutions and tools involved in the implementation of low-cost country procurement projects. The supplier classification method based on the two-dimensional quadrant method and the supplier quality management method based on the key performance index method are introduced. And total cost of ownership (TCO) and other theoretical tools that have a direct impact on low-cost country procurement. The third chapter introduces the actual situation of company G and analyzes the problems encountered in the actual low-cost country procurement execution. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in the third chapter and puts forward the rationalization scheme. The fifth chapter summarizes the potential problems beyond the current problems, especially the problems that will lead to the bottleneck of sustainable development in the future. The sixth chapter makes a general summary of the above five chapters. This paper is based on the Chinese pharmaceutical industry environment, aiming at the problems caused by the low cost national procurement projects actually carried out by company G, the specific problems are analyzed, and the optimization scheme is finally put forward. Because the research time of the thesis is short and some parts of the research have been summarized in some potential challenges raised in Chapter 5, more research, analysis and verification are still needed in practical work in the future.
