S公司采购供应链平台构建与应用

【摘要】：供应链管理技术作为企业高效管理的一项重要手段,正在被诸多企业所运用,不仅着眼于企业内部采购管理环节,更要求对所有环节进行有效管理,通过电子商务技术,借助搭建采购支持信息系统手段,实现信息共享,加强合作,提高服务质量,降低成本,提高效率,并支持企业决策,改善采购管理活动。在此背景下,探讨利用供应链管理的理念,搭建适合采购信息平台的研究,以解决采购供应链问题,从而提升效率、降低成本已成为企业关注的一项重点工作。本文以采购供应链管理为基础,结合S公司实施信息化管理的契机,针对企业传统采购流程存在的随意采购及采购流程不规范等问题,运用流程改善方法、采购成本控制及分析技术,建立S公司基于信息化技术的采购流程管理,并结合以S公司为代表的互联网企业的实际案例为对象,详细分析了S公司在实际采购生产中遇到的问题,并深入探讨了S公司以信息技术手段结合供应链管理理念,搭建采购供应链平台系统,满足企业采购供应链优化的需求,实现可控性和经济性的双重目标。本文的研究不仅对S公司采购管理有积极意义,更能为同类企业在信息化环境下采购改革提供了有益的参考。
[Abstract]:As an important means of efficient management of enterprises, supply chain management technology is being used by many enterprises. It not only focuses on the internal procurement management links, but also requires effective management of all links through e-commerce technology. By means of building purchasing support information system, we can realize information sharing, strengthen cooperation, improve service quality, reduce cost, improve efficiency, support enterprise decision-making and improve purchasing management activities. Under this background, it has become an important task for enterprises to explore the concept of supply chain management and build a suitable purchasing information platform to solve the problem of procurement supply chain, thus to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Based on procurement supply chain management and the opportunity of S company to implement information management, this paper applies the method of process improvement to solve the problems of random procurement and non-standard purchasing process in traditional purchasing process. Purchase cost control and analysis technology, establish S company based on information technology based on the procurement process management, and combined with S company as the representative of the actual case of Internet enterprises as the object, This paper analyzes in detail the problems encountered in the actual purchasing and production of S Company, and probes into the information technology method combined with the concept of supply chain management to set up a procurement supply chain platform system to meet the needs of enterprise procurement supply chain optimization. Realize the dual goal of controllability and economy. The research of this paper not only has the positive significance to the S company purchase management, but also provides the beneficial reference for the similar enterprise under the information environment procurement reform.
