供需匹配视角下的云计算服务供应链研究

【摘要】:云服务供应链的供需匹配是指在给定的供给或者需求策略下,通过合适的契约管控供应链,实现系统的服务水平和利润的最优化,缔造一个精益供应链。本文主要的研究工作和成果:(1)提出了符合云服务收费特点的两部收费制契约。本文在动态定价机制思想的指导下,结合SLA协议的内容,提出了符合云服务特点的供应链利润表达函数,并通过改变供应链的付费结构-两部收费制契约实现了系统需求,价格,供给的同时最优。(2)提出了双向期权契约来协调具有预订和能力扩展柔性的云服务供应链。本文在考虑能力易逝性,迁移成本,服务可得性等云服务特点的基础上,提出了两种能力供给策略,并证明了由于高昂的服务延迟成本和资源搭建成本,预订和能力扩展相结合的供给策略优于随需而配的策略,此外还运用了双向期权契约实现了预订场景下的供应链的协调。(3)设计了有区分度的两部收费制契约实现了私有需求信息的揭示。本文假设了供应链成员具有单方私有信息的场景,并通过两部收费制契约,揭示了真实的需求信息,改进了供应链的利润。
[Abstract]:The supply and demand matching of cloud service supply chain is to realize the optimization of the service level and profit of the system under the given supply or demand strategy, and to create a lean supply chain. The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows: (1) A two-part contract of charging system is proposed, which accords with the characteristics of cloud service charges. Under the guidance of dynamic pricing mechanism and the content of SLA protocol, this paper puts forward the profit expression function of supply chain in accordance with the characteristics of cloud service, and realizes the system demand by changing the payment structure of supply chain-two charge system contracts. (2) A bi-directional option contract is proposed to coordinate the cloud service supply chain with reservation and capacity expansion flexibility. On the basis of considering the characteristics of cloud services, such as capability perishable, migration cost and service availability, this paper proposes two capacity supply strategies, and proves that the high cost of service delay and the cost of building resources. The supply strategy combined with reservation and capacity expansion is superior to the on-demand strategy. In addition, a bi-directional option contract is used to coordinate the supply chain under the reservation scenario. (3) A two-part fee system contract with differentiated degree is designed to reveal the private demand information. This paper assumes that supply chain members have unilateral private information, and reveals the real demand information through two charging contracts, which improves the profit of the supply chain.
