品牌服装供应链的柔性回购契约协调研究

【摘要】:服装需求的变化与服装本身的易逝性使服装零售商面临很大的市场风险,所以考虑零售商风险偏好特性的服装供应链更符合现实情况,而零售商的风险偏好主要体现在对库存过剩风险的规避上。供应商作为品牌服装供应链的主导企业,通常采用回购契约来消除库存过剩风险对零售商的影响,从而实现供应链的协调。但现有回购契约缺乏柔性,可供零售商自主选择的权利和范围很小。本文以报童模型为基础构建了一个柔性回购契约模型,使零售商可依据自身风险特征自主选择风险转移的多少。主要从以下几个方面进行: 1、分析服装产品及服装供应链的特征,以及我国服装产业的发展情况,并对服装供应链的协调研究进行综述。 2、在考虑零售商风险偏好情况下,构建一个柔性回购契约模型,并将该柔性回购契约与一般回购契约做对比分析,指出它们不同的适用情况。 3、考虑零售商承担退货物流成本时,退货物流成本对回购契约的影响。 论文结论显示:在考虑零售商库存过剩风险规避情况下,一般回购契约与柔性回购契约都能实现供应链的完美协调,但当需求呈均匀分布时零售商更愿意接受柔性回购契约,而当需求呈正态分布时零售商更愿意接受一般回购契约,供应商通过调整批发价格可实现利润在供应链成员间的分配。在考虑退货物流成本情形下,供应链整体的期望利润随退货物流成本的增加而降低,当退货物流成本超出一定范围后回购对零售商将变得毫无意义。
[Abstract]:The change of clothing demand and the perishability of clothing itself make the clothing retailers face great market risk, so the clothing supply chain which takes into account the retailer's risk preference characteristics is more in line with the actual situation. The risk preference of retailers is mainly reflected in the avoidance of excess inventory risk. As the leading enterprise of brand clothing supply chain, suppliers usually use repurchase contract to eliminate the impact of excess inventory risk on retailers, so as to realize the coordination of supply chain. However, the existing repurchase contract lacks flexibility and the right and scope for retailers to choose independently is very small. This paper constructs a flexible repurchase contract model based on newsboy model, which enables retailers to choose the amount of risk transfer according to their own risk characteristics. Mainly from the following aspects: 1, analysis of clothing products and clothing supply chain characteristics, as well as the development of China's garment industry, Secondly, a flexible repurchase contract model is constructed considering the retailer's risk preference, and the flexible repurchase contract is compared with the general repurchase contract. The paper points out their different applicability. 3. Consider the effect of the return logistics cost on the repurchase contract when the retailer bears the return logistics cost. The conclusion of the paper shows that the general repurchase contract and the flexible repurchase contract can realize the perfect coordination of the supply chain, but retailers are more willing to accept the flexible repurchase contract when the demand is evenly distributed. When demand is normally distributed, retailers are more willing to accept general repurchase contracts, and suppliers can distribute profits among supply chain members by adjusting wholesale prices. Considering the return logistics cost, the expected profit of the whole supply chain decreases with the increase of the return logistics cost. When the return logistics cost exceeds a certain range, the repurchase will become meaningless to the retailer.
