基于订单生产型企业ERP系统设计与实现

【摘要】:ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)系统,作为一个综合的计算机系统,在当今的企业发展中,越来越体现出其重要的价值。它将企业的所有业务运作整合在一个统一的平台之下,管理资金、物料和人力资源等各种内部和外部资源。针对企业实施ERP,进行信息化的改革,其本身蕴含的很多先进管理方式,例如精益生产、敏捷制造的思想和基于供应链资源管理的方法,无疑可以降低企业运行和生产成本,做到最优的管控,同时节省相当的人力,提高员工绩效,大幅提升企业的核心竞争力。 本文以某小型订单加工生产型企业为背景,针对该企业现有的业务模式和信息基础架构,从订单生产型企业的需求分析着手,梳理业务流程,针对其生产的特殊性,将订单作为整个生产起始的触发条件,整合样品、仓库,采购和生产管理等。在生产过程中,根据主生产计划(Master Production Schedule),侧重对订单的管理,对公司所有的生产物料进行预测并确定产成品数量和交货日期等信息。 在系统设计方面,采用B/S的网络架构,软件开发体系采用多层架构模式,分为web展现层,服务接口层,业务服务层和数据服务层。使用面向SOA的技术,动态数据交互的页面构造采用DWZ富客户端框架进行开发。根据企业生产功能的区域性分布特点,采用多工作流的设计方式以保证不同生产功能部分数据的一致性。系统开发采用.Net技术,在业务服务层,应用基于SOA的WCF解决技术完成。 该系统在完成开发并通过测试后,交付用户进行试运行,因为采用了基于订单的ERP定制开发,系统很好的与客户业务进行匹配并能及时反馈给用户各种关键信息,已初步得到用户的认可。
[Abstract]:ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, as a comprehensive computer system, is becoming more and more important in today's enterprise development. Based on the background of a small order processing and production enterprise and the existing business model and information infrastructure of the enterprise, this paper starts with the demand analysis of the order manufacturing enterprises, combs the business process, takes the order as the trigger condition of the whole production, integrates the sample, warehouse, purchasing and production management, etc. In the production process, according to the Master Production Schedule, the emphasis is placed on the management of orders, the prediction of all production materials and the determination of the number of finished products and delivery dates.
In the aspect of system design, B/S network architecture is adopted, and the software development system adopts multi-tier architecture mode, which is divided into web presentation layer, service interface layer, business service layer and data service layer. In order to ensure the consistency of data in different parts of production function, multi-workflow design method is adopted. Net technology is adopted in the system development, and WCF technology based on SOA is applied in the service layer.
After the system is developed and tested, it is delivered to the user for trial run. Because of the customized development of order-based ERP, the system can match the customer's business well and feedback all kinds of key information to the user in time, which has been initially recognized by the user.
