供应链管理环境下的分销商评价与选择研究

【摘要】:供应链管理强调的关键是拥有互补能力与资源的节点企业间的协调与合作,其核心竞争优势就在于节点企业之间所建立的长期稳定合作关系以及各节点企业核心业务的不断完善。而供应链管理要处理好的首要问题就是评价与选择合作伙伴,合作伙伴关系不仅存在于上游的供应商与制造商之间,同时也存在于制造商与下游的分销商之间,特别是在当前顾客消费驱动的市场竞争环境中,对分销商进行客观有效的评价与选择更是供应链管理中的重要一环。本文站在制造商选择长期战略合作伙伴的角度来对分销商的评选理论、评选过程、指标体系的构建以及综合评选模型进行系统研究。首先,本文对现有的国内外相关研究进行回顾总结,提出当前研究中主要存在的不足,阐明了本文的研究设想;其次,详细介绍了供应链、分销商以及供应链管理的相关概念,阐述了分销商的评价与选择对供应链管理的重要作用,明确了分销商在供应链中的角色定位,重新界定了分销商的评选步骤,为本文进一步的研究奠定理论基础;再次,基于对现有的关于分销商评选指标体系构建的研究,结合平衡记分卡的思想,并遵循指标设计的一般原则,重新构建了一套分销商评价指标体系,同时对现有的评价与选择方法进行了比较分析,指出了供应链分销商评价与选择问题的特点并提出运用模糊多属性决策模型来解决这一问题。本文将三角模糊数法、熵权法、灰色关联法以及TOPSIS法相结合建立多属性决策模型,并通过具体案例来验证该模型的有效性;最后,总结本文的研究内容,给出分析结论,列出下一步需要重点研究的问题。本文从供应链管理的视角出发,将分销商视为供应链中制造商的长期战略合作伙伴来展开相应研究。基于平衡记分卡的原理来构建本文中的分销商评价与选择指标体系,有效的将供应链管理环境下的分销商评选问题提升到企业战略的高度。此外,本文结合三角模糊数与熵权法确定指标权重,有效弥补单一的主观赋权与客观赋权的不足,将模糊数学与多属性决策方法相结合构建模糊多属性决策模型,该模型可同时兼顾决策人的主观评价与客观事实,使评价结果更加切合实际。
[Abstract]:The key to supply chain management is coordination and cooperation among node enterprises with complementary capabilities and resources. Its core competitive advantage lies in the long-term stable cooperative relationship between the node enterprises and the continuous improvement of the core business of each node enterprise. The most important problem of supply chain management is to evaluate and select partners. The partnership exists not only between upstream suppliers and manufacturers, but also between manufacturers and downstream distributors. Especially in the current market competition environment driven by customer consumption, the objective and effective evaluation and selection of distributors is an important part of supply chain management. From the point of view of manufacturers' selection of long-term strategic partners, this paper makes a systematic study on the selection theory, selection process, index system construction and comprehensive evaluation model of distributors. First of all, this paper reviews and summarizes the existing domestic and foreign related studies, puts forward the main deficiencies of the current research, and clarifies the research ideas of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the relevant concepts of supply chain, distributors and supply chain management in detail. This paper expounds the important role of distributor evaluation and selection in supply chain management, clarifies the role orientation of distributor in supply chain, redefines the selection steps of distributor, and lays a theoretical foundation for further research in this paper. Based on the existing research on the establishment of distributor evaluation index system, combined with the idea of balanced scorecard, and following the general principles of index design, this paper reconstructs a set of distributor evaluation index system. At the same time, the existing evaluation and selection methods are compared and analyzed, and the characteristics of supply chain reseller evaluation and selection are pointed out, and a fuzzy multi-attribute decision model is proposed to solve this problem. In this paper, the triangular fuzzy number method, entropy weight method, gray correlation method and TOPSIS method are combined to establish a multi-attribute decision-making model, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by a specific case. Finally, the research content of this paper is summarized, and the analysis conclusions are given. List the issues that need to be studied in the next step. In this paper, from the perspective of supply chain management, distributors are regarded as long-term strategic partners of manufacturers in the supply chain. Based on the principle of balanced scorecard, this paper constructs the evaluation and selection index system of distributors in this paper, and effectively elevates the selection of distributors in the supply chain management environment to the strategic level of enterprises. In addition, this paper combines the triangular fuzzy number and entropy weight method to determine the index weight, effectively make up for the deficiency of single subjective and objective weight, and combine fuzzy mathematics with multi-attribute decision-making method to construct fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making model. The model can give consideration to both subjective evaluation and objective facts of decision makers and make the evaluation results more realistic.
