基于粗糙集理论的制造系统不确定性识别与评价研究

【摘要】:经济全球化背景下的21世纪的现代制造型企业竞争尤为激烈,企业的核心竞争力在于精干、高效、安全的生产运作系统。制造企业在实际生产过程中,并不是传统假设的理想的确定条件,而是存在着大量的不确定性因素,因此对制造系统不确定性进行识别与评价具有重要的研究意义。 粗糙集理论使用数学方法对对象进行分析处理,能有效对分析对象做出客观的评价。故本文采用粗糙集理论方法来对制造系统中的不确定性进行识别评价。 本文首先明确了研究内容、目的和意义、并对已有文献、研究思路和方法进行了综述;其次对相关理论进行介绍,包括对研究内容提供指导和借鉴的风险管理、供应链风险管理的理论与方法等相关内容,以及应用到的粗糙集理论与方法。 本文的创新在于构建了新的描述制造系统不确定性的指标体系,,并在此基础上建立了基于粗糙集理论的识别评价模型,通过对数据进行补齐离散化,对条件属性进行属性约简来简化指标体系,可得到识别评价的关键指标;根据属性重要度确定指标权重,最终实现对制造系统不确定性的综合评价。 本文选择用非轮胎橡胶制品行业15家制造企业的相关数据作为实例,对建立的制造系统不确定性的识别评价模型进行验证,得到了这一行业制造系统的主要的不确定性因素,对其进行综合评价,并对评价结果进行了相应的分析,提出了针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the competition of modern manufacturing enterprises in the 21st century is particularly fierce. The core competitiveness of enterprises lies in a lean, efficient and safe production and operation system. Manufacturing enterprises in the actual production process, is not the traditional assumption of the ideal conditions, but there are a lot of uncertainties, so the identification and evaluation of manufacturing system uncertainty has an important significance. Rough set theory uses mathematical method to analyze and deal with the object, which can effectively evaluate the object. Therefore, rough set theory is used to identify and evaluate the uncertainty of manufacturing system. This paper first defines the content, purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the existing literature, research ideas and methods. Secondly, it introduces the relevant theories, including the risk management, which provides guidance and reference to the research content. The theory and method of supply chain risk management, and the application of rough set theory and method. The innovation of this paper is to construct a new index system to describe the uncertainty of manufacturing system, and on this basis, a recognition and evaluation model based on rough set theory is established. The index system can be simplified by attribute reduction of conditional attributes, and the key index of identification and evaluation can be obtained. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation of uncertainty of manufacturing system can be realized by determining the weight of index according to attribute importance. In this paper, the related data of 15 manufacturing enterprises in non-tire rubber products industry are selected as an example to verify the identification and evaluation model of manufacturing system uncertainty, and the main uncertainty factors of manufacturing system in this industry are obtained. The comprehensive evaluation is carried out, and the corresponding analysis of the evaluation results is made, and some pertinent suggestions are put forward.
