基于J2EE的某汽车企业进出口管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：随着中国汽车市场的全面开放,国外知名汽车厂及其配套供应商己逐渐在中国投资建厂,汽车行业市场的竞争将越来越激烈。随着行业利润不断降低,成本的消减再次摆在汽车制造企业的面前。据不完全统计,约70%的汽车生产成本来源于采购成本,采购成本若能降低1%,利润将会相应提高5%～10%,而采购中物流成本又占了30%左右。所以,在满足生产的情况下,如何最大限度的消减采购物流成本成为了一个重要的话题。广汽本田也在不断地积极探索可以采取的改进措施,提高公司的竞争力和建立战略的伙伴关系,使公司在日益激烈的竞争中取得更好的生存和发展。本文从广汽本田生产供应链中的进出口零件和整车现行管理现状出发,研究分析其管理方法和策略,并对管理产生的问题提出解决方案,在此基础上通过软件工程的方法,设计并实现了一个进出口管理系统。本文主要做了以下工作： (1)综述了当今国内外汽车企业供应链管理特别是IES系统的研究与应用现状； (2)详细论述了零件和整车进出口的主要流程,介绍了企业报关管理等有代表性的业务系统化模型； (3)运用软件工程中的面向对象和本田全球的HSDM系统开发方法相结合进行分析与设计实现了一套进出口管理系统。该系统实现了广汽本田进出口零件和整车管理所有业务的系统化。
[Abstract]:With the overall opening of China's automobile market, well-known foreign automobile factories and their supporting suppliers have gradually invested in the construction of factories in China, and the competition in the automobile industry market will become more and more fierce. As industry profits continue to fall, cost cuts are again in front of automobile manufacturers. According to incomplete statistics, about 70% of the production cost of automobile comes from the cost of purchase. If the cost of purchase can be reduced by 1%, the profit will increase by 5%, and the cost of logistics accounts for about 30%. Therefore, in the case of production, how to reduce the cost of procurement logistics has become an important topic. Guangzhou Auto Honda is also actively exploring the possible improvement measures to improve the competitiveness of the company and establish strategic partnership so that the company in the increasingly fierce competition to achieve better survival and development. Based on the current management situation of import and export parts and whole vehicles in Guangzhou Auto Honda production supply chain, this paper studies and analyzes its management methods and strategies, and puts forward solutions to the problems arising from management. On this basis, the method of software engineering is adopted. An import and export management system is designed and implemented. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the research and application of supply chain management (SCM) especially IES system in domestic and foreign automobile enterprises are summarized; (2) the main process of import and export of parts and vehicles is discussed in detail. This paper introduces the representative business systematization model such as enterprise declaration management and so on. (3) an import and export management system is designed and analyzed by combining object-oriented software engineering and Honda's global HSDM system development method. This system has realized the systematization of all the business of the import and export parts and the whole vehicle management of Guangzhou Auto Honda.
