基于多属性组合拍卖的A公司承运商选择研究

【摘要】:在以供应链为竞争层面的全球化市场环境下,越来越多的企业选择运输采购活动,将运输与配送业务外包给专业的第三方物流服务企业,以节约自身资源,提高企业的综合竞争能力,应变敏捷多变的市场环境。拍卖是一种能够实现资源有效配置的交易形式,近年来被广泛研究应用于政府、企业等各种采购环节。本文以A公司为研究对象,分析讨论将拍卖理论应用于企业运输与配送服务采购中的实际问题。本文首先通过对A公司专设的运输配送业务管理部门——CT部门(Control Tower),近年来的运输数据进行统计分析,找出其现行承运商选择方法存在的问题。为改进A公司的运输配送业务服务水平,基于对拍卖理论与应用现状资料的详细归纳,结合运输与配送的主要特征,选择了能够有效避免传统承运商选择方法弊端的多属性组合拍卖法。多属性拍卖与组合拍卖均是拍卖形式中的一种,多属性拍卖引入了其他非价格属性,组合拍卖允许承运商根据自身运输能力进行路线组合投标,二者结合能够实现资源的有效配置,摒除传统承运商选择法的弊端。 本文的主要工作是:分析A公司运输配送的主要需求,结合A公司信息化程度高的实际情况,提出以网上拍卖的形式实施多属性组合拍卖,设计了A公司网上拍卖系统的组成模块和相应的承运商选择流程;构建符合A公司运输配送实际需求的承运商评价指标体系,引入运价、准时率、货损率、订单响应时间、客户满意率、综合素质6个指标,考虑组合拍卖的特点,改进多属性指标权重模型,运用熵权系数法计算各指标权重;建立多属性组合拍卖模型,将多目标决策问题转换为单目标规划模型,运用平方和法求解竞胜标;结合A公司实际情况设计算例,进行模型可行性与有效性证明。 本文针对A公司CT部门承运商选择存在的问题,构建多属性组合拍卖模型,为其承运商选择改进提供了有效可行的方法支持,也为企业承运商选择方面研究提供了案例参考。
[Abstract]:In the global market environment with supply chain as the competition level, more and more enterprises choose transportation and procurement activities, and outsource transportation and distribution business to professional third party logistics service enterprises in order to save their own resources. Improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, the market environment is agile and changeable. Auction is a kind of transaction form which can realize the efficient allocation of resources. In recent years, it has been widely studied and applied to various procurement links such as government, enterprises and so on. In this paper, Company A is taken as the research object to analyze and discuss the practical problems of applying auction theory to the procurement of transportation and distribution services. In this paper, first of all, through the statistical analysis of the transportation data of (Control Tower), a special management department of transportation and distribution business in Company A, the problems in the current method of carrier selection are found out in this paper. In order to improve the service level of transportation and distribution in Company A, based on the detailed summary of auction theory and application status, combined with the main characteristics of transportation and distribution, The multi-attribute combination auction method which can effectively avoid the disadvantages of traditional carrier selection method is selected. Multi-attribute auction and combinatorial auction are both forms of auction. Multi-attribute auction introduces other non-price attributes, and combinatorial auction allows carriers to carry out route combined bidding according to their own transport capacity. The combination of the two methods can realize the effective allocation of resources and eliminate the disadvantages of the traditional carrier selection method. The main work of this paper is to analyze the main requirements of A company's transportation and distribution, combine the actual situation of A company's high degree of information, put forward to carry out multi-attribute combination auction in the form of online auction. The composition module of A company online auction system and the corresponding carrier selection process are designed, and the evaluation index system of carrier which meets the actual demand of transportation distribution of A company is constructed, which introduces freight rate, punctual rate, loss rate and order response time. Customer satisfaction rate, comprehensive quality of six indicators, considering the characteristics of the combined auction, improve the multi-attribute index weight model, using entropy weight coefficient method to calculate the weight of each index, establish a multi-attribute combination auction model, The multi-objective decision problem is transformed into a single-objective programming model, and the square sum method is used to solve the winning criteria, and the feasibility and validity of the model are proved by a practical example of company A. Aiming at the problem of carrier selection in CT department of Company A, this paper constructs a multi-attribute combination auction model, which provides an effective and feasible method support for its carrier selection and improvement, and also provides a case reference for the study of enterprise carrier selection.
