O2O供应链管理的物流配送模式优化路径

【摘要】：基于"互联网+"发展战略,越来越多的电商企业获得了飞速发展,市场竞争的愈加激烈使供应链管理成为了诸多企业的重要环节。以现代零售业为例,企业自营物流已经无法完全满足企业战略发展要求,因此基于O2O供应链管理视角,探讨物流配送模式的优化路径,将有助于电子商务的创新发展,通过解决物流难点,构建以实体店为中心的物流网络,规划系统性的路径,借助供应链管理与O2O模式,为电子商务物流业发展,提供新的解决思路。
[Abstract]:Based on the development strategy of "Internet", more and more e-commerce enterprises have obtained rapid development, and the increasingly fierce market competition makes supply chain management become an important link of many enterprises. Taking the modern retail industry as an example, the self-supporting logistics of enterprises can no longer fully meet the strategic development requirements of enterprises. Therefore, based on the perspective of O2O supply chain management, it will be helpful for the innovation and development of electronic commerce to explore the optimized path of logistics distribution mode. By solving the difficulty of logistics, constructing the logistics network with physical store as the center, planning the systematic path, and using the mode of supply chain management and O2O, this paper provides a new solution for the development of electronic commerce logistics industry.
