供应链外部整合与运营绩效的关系——信息质量的中介作用

【摘要】：随着信息技术的飞速发展,制造业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,对供应链管理的要求也越来越高。在竞争日益激烈的环境下,本文通过引入信息质量这一中介变量构建供应链外部整合和运营绩效的理论模型,研究供应链外部整合对运营绩效的间接作用关系。同时,在120家制造行业中进行了实证调查,并运用结构方程模型方法对其进行了因果路径分析。实证研究结果表明,供应商整合与客户整合对运营绩效都具有正向作用,供应链外部整合中的供应商整合、客户整合对信息质量都具有正向作用,信息质量对运营绩效具有正向作用。信息质量在供应链外部整合和运营绩效之间的中介作用也得以验证。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the competition between manufacturing industry is becoming more and more fierce, and the requirement of supply chain management is becoming higher and higher. In the increasingly competitive environment, this paper studies the indirect effect of external integration of supply chain on operational performance by introducing information quality as an intermediary variable to construct the theoretical model of external integration and operational performance of supply chain. At the same time, the empirical investigation was carried out in 120 manufacturing industries, and the causality path analysis was carried out by using the structural equation model method. The empirical results show that both supplier integration and customer integration have positive effects on operational performance, and supplier integration and customer integration have positive effects on information quality in the external integration of supply chain. Information quality has positive effect on operation performance. The intermediary role of information quality between external integration and operational performance of supply chain has also been verified.
