企业价值网核心企业领导力对运行效率影响的实证研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化进程的不断加快和信息技术的飞速发展,企业所面临的竞争环境发生了重大变化,企业价值网已成为企业能否在动态市场上获得竞争优势的关键因素,越来越多的企业已成功构建和运行价值网,但这不代表就能占据竞争优势,竞争优势的获得需要价值网发挥协同效应,而协同效应的发挥要建立在企业价值网高运行效率的基础上。 通过文献研究发现,企业价值网中存在处于主导地位的核心企业,其凭借自身资源或能力的异质性对价值网中其他成员企业具有影响力,本文把这种影响力定义为领导力,企业价值网核心企业领导力能否会像层级组织领导力一样对组织运行产生影响,至今少有研究,尤其是实证研究。因此,本研究构建了核心企业领导力对运行效率影响的整体模型,通过实证研究探讨了核心企业领导力、合作稳定、成员信任对运行效率的影响机理,具有一定的理论与实践意义。 本研究通过问卷调查收集样本数据,然后对样本数据进行信度和效度分析,分析结果显示量表具有良好的信度和效度,接着对结构方程模型进行拟合和评价,然后对其进行修正,最后获得研究结论:企业价值网核心企业领导力对运行效率有正向影响,核心企业领导力对成员信任和合作稳定有正向影响,成员信任和合作稳定对运行效率有正向影响,成员信任对合作稳定没有显著影响。最后,本文对企业价值网核心企业提出了一些可行性的建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the competitive environment faced by enterprises has changed greatly. Enterprise value net has become the key factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in dynamic market. More and more enterprises have successfully constructed and operated the value net, but this does not mean that they can occupy the competitive advantage. The synergetic effect should be based on the high efficiency of enterprise value net. Through the literature research, it is found that there are core enterprises in the leading position in the enterprise value net, which have influence on other members of the value net by the heterogeneity of their own resources or abilities. This paper defines this influence as leadership. There is little research, especially empirical research, on whether the core enterprise leadership of the enterprise value net will have the same impact on the organizational operation as the hierarchical organizational leadership. Therefore, this study constructs the overall model of the influence of core enterprise leadership on operational efficiency, and discusses the mechanism of core enterprise leadership, stability of cooperation and member trust on operational efficiency through empirical research. It has certain theoretical and practical significance. This study collected sample data through questionnaire, then analyzed the reliability and validity of the sample data. The results showed that the scale had good reliability and validity, and then the structural equation model was fitted and evaluated. At last, we get the conclusion that the core enterprise leadership has a positive effect on the operation efficiency, and the core enterprise leadership has a positive impact on the trust and cooperation stability of the members. Member trust and cooperation stability have a positive effect on operational efficiency, but member trust has no significant effect on cooperation stability. Finally, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to the core enterprise of enterprise value net.
