供应链环境下JLTY公司生产计划改进方案研究

【摘要】:21世纪的主要竞争不是企业与企业之间的竞争,而是企业自身的可持续发展和企业对供应链的管理的高度重视,供应链上价值信息的分享是我们生产计划管理的主要依据,为了更够对变化莫测的市场做出快速反应,首先必须拥有适合企业本身的生产计划管理模式,在现有的生产管理模式下,订单就是我们企业的生命,没有市场的订单,企业的存在就要承担更多的管理成本,有了订单,企业为了可持续发展又要降低一切可操控的成本,合理配置资源,力争库存降到最低,实现资源最大化。 首先需要学习有关生产计划的理论知识的同时,对现行生产计划模式进行了整理。总结和分析了当今环境下先进企业的常用的生产模式和计划模式的优、缺点。为改善JLTY企业在制定生产计划方面的不足提供理论支持。 其次,在新经济体系的冲击下,生产方式已经发生了根本性的改变。通过更深入的学习和研究对比,针对新、老环境下制造业企业的生产和计划的有关理论特点,提出了对JLTY公司生产计划的系统模式的质疑,并且综合了TOC、MRPII、JIT理论,,组建适合当前发展需要的生产计划的系统模式,同时将协调模式深入到了各个级别的生产计划中,以实现在供应链集成平台下各级计划信息的共享和集成。并应用具体实例验证了计划方法的科学性。
[Abstract]:The main competition in the 21st century is not the competition between enterprises, but the sustainable development of enterprises themselves and the high attention of enterprises to the management of supply chain. The sharing of value information in supply chain is the main basis of our production planning management. In order to react more quickly to the unpredictable market, we must first have a production planning management model suitable for the enterprise itself. Under the existing production management mode, the order is the life of our enterprise, and there is no order in the market. The existence of enterprises must bear more management costs, with orders, enterprises must reduce all controllable costs for sustainable development, allocate resources reasonably, strive to reduce inventory to the lowest, and realize the maximum of resources. First of all, we need to learn the theoretical knowledge of production planning, at the same time, the current production planning model is sorted out. This paper summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of common production and planning models of advanced enterprises in today's environment. In order to improve the JLTY enterprises in the development of production planning deficiencies to provide theoretical support. Secondly, under the impact of the new economic system, the mode of production has undergone a fundamental change. Through more in-depth study and comparison, aiming at the related theoretical characteristics of manufacturing enterprises' production and planning in the new and old environments, this paper puts forward a query to the systematic mode of production planning of JLTY Company, and synthesizes the TOC,MRPII,JIT theory. At the same time, the coordinated mode is introduced into the production planning at all levels to realize the sharing and integration of the planning information at all levels under the supply chain integration platform. A practical example is used to verify the scientific nature of the planning method.
