ABBLV公司库存周围率优化方案设计与研究应用

【摘要】:为满足客户交货需求,当前国内外制造业,或多或少都会提前准备一些原材料或零部件,以缩短产品的生产供货周期,但同时还承担着原材料库存占用资金,场地和相应的库存管理所带来的成本压力,尤其是以生产日常消费品中电子产品为主的制造公司,常常由于市场的变化或设计上的需要,使得现有的库存材料无法继续使用或返工维修后再使用,造成了一定材料和运营的浪费,加大了产品的制造成本。同时,由于此类产品在市场上的竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的竞争者加入到同类产品的生产制造中,导致此类产品的利润越来越低。而如何做好库存管理,提高库存周转率,对提高目前此类企业的利润和减少企业运营中现金流的占用等,则起着越来越重要的作用。为了解决以上问题,本论文从当下市场上较为流行的供应链管理方法(棋盘图)入手,通过对供应市场的分析和发掘,对应不同的物料,在以不影响正常生产需求的基础上,找出不同的库存解决方案。并根据库存周转率的概念,结合不同物料的市场供应状态,计算出各物料的合理库存数量。以达到在不影响正常需求的前提下,努力降低库存物料数量的目的。此外,在整个产品零件供应分析的过程中,也找出了影响各个物料库存数量的关键因素,这些关键因素由于发生的背景不同,处理的解决方式也不同。此外,虽然在论文的最后,经过对各个物料的供应分析之后,库存周转率有了较大的增长,但真正影响库存的瓶颈仍旧有较大的改善余地。库存周转率仍旧有一定的提升空间。论文通过对相关物料的市场供应分析,找出了提升库存周转率,降低库存数量的有效方法,并得到了预期的结果。但除此之外,本论文更想表达的,是如何通过现有的管理方法,把企业面对的库存问题,通过一步一步的过程分析,逐步分解开来,并最终找出解决方案的思路。是管理理论在解决实际问题时的具体应用。因为目前市场上充斥着众多的运营管理方法,而很多企业期望通过大量的投入对企业员工进行全面的管理培训,使员工们掌握当下最流行的管理方法和工具,从而更有效地服务与企业,但员工们虽然培训的内容广泛,对相关管理知识的理解却很有限,加上在培训之后没有有效的在工作中运用,导致培训并没有达到预期的效果。并未能为企业带来有效的收益。论文通过对相关案例的分析,希望能够为大家提供一个解决问题的思路和启示,并为当下管理理念和方法在解决企业实际问题的应用中提供一些见解和启发。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the customer's demand for delivery, the current domestic and foreign manufacturing industry, more or less, will prepare some raw materials or parts in advance to shorten the production and supply cycle of products, but at the same time, it is also shouldering the stock of raw materials to occupy funds. The cost pressures associated with site and corresponding inventory management, especially for manufacturing companies that produce electronics in everyday consumer goods, are often due to market changes or design needs, The existing inventory materials can not be used or reworked after maintenance, which causes waste of materials and operation, and increases the manufacturing cost of products. At the same time, because the competition of this kind of products is more and more fierce in the market, more and more competitors join in the production and manufacture of the same kind of products, which leads to the lower and lower profit of this kind of products. How to improve inventory management, improve inventory turnover, to improve the current profits of such enterprises and reduce the use of cash flow in business operations, and so on, plays a more and more important role. In order to solve the above problems, this paper starts with the more popular supply chain management method (chessboard chart) in the current market, through the analysis and discovery of the supply market, corresponding to different materials, on the basis of not affecting the normal production demand. Identify different inventory solutions. According to the concept of inventory turnover and the market supply state of different materials, the reasonable inventory quantity of each material is calculated. To achieve the goal of reducing the quantity of materials in stock without affecting normal demand. In addition, in the whole process of product parts supply analysis, we also find out the key factors that affect the stock quantity of each material. These key factors are different because of the different background, and the solutions are also different. In addition, although at the end of the paper, after the analysis of the supply of various materials, the inventory turnover rate has a large increase, but the bottleneck that really affects the inventory still has much room for improvement. Inventory turnover still has some room for improvement. Through the analysis of the market supply of related materials, the paper finds out the effective methods to improve the inventory turnover and reduce the inventory quantity, and obtains the expected results. But in addition, what this paper wants to express more is how to solve the inventory problem through the existing management method, through step by step process analysis, and finally find out the solution to the train of thought. It is the concrete application of management theory in solving practical problems. Because at present the market is full of many operational management methods, and many enterprises expect to conduct comprehensive management training for their employees through a large amount of investment, so that they can master the most popular management methods and tools at present. In order to serve the enterprise more effectively, though the content of the training is extensive, the understanding of the related management knowledge is very limited, and the training has not been effectively used in the work after the training, resulting in the training did not achieve the desired results. And does not bring the effective income for the enterprise. Through the analysis of relevant cases, this paper hopes to provide us with a solution to the problem of ideas and inspiration, and for the current management concepts and methods in the application of practical problems in enterprises to provide some insights and inspiration.
