福州市农产品供应链模式的优化研究

【摘要】：随着福州市农业经济快速的发展,居民消费水平的上涨,消费者对农产品的需求呈现大量化、多样化、优质化和动态化的趋势,农产品市场的竞争也已经演变成为农产品供应链之间的竞争。为了提高农产品供应链整体的绩效,农产品供应链的各个节点不仅要对自身的目标进行局部优化,还要考虑对农产品供应链系统的整体影响,与其他成员形成战略联盟,达到农产品供应链整体最优的目标。本文通过阐述供应链和供应链管理的相关理论,理解农产品供应链的内涵,研究分析了福州市农产品生产流通面临的机遇和挑战,以及目前农产品供应链的发展现状,指出了现行的农产品供应链模式,并对福州市农产品供应链的难点和问题进行了分析。文章着重对福州市农产品供应链模式的优化进行了研究,通过扩展农产品供应链的新理念,构建福州市农产品供应链的原则、模式优化的基本思路,提出了农产品供应链的优化措施：推进农产品批发市场标准化、规范化建设；推进“农批对接”“农超对接”,推广“农校对接”“农餐对接”模式；以第三方物流为主导,实现冷链的全过程流通；推进优化农产品流动售卖车工程；培育农产品流通示范企业,扶持第四方物流企业；发展壮大农产品龙头企业,进行品牌化经营；推进农产品直销直供体系建设,发展电子商务；创新联结机制,发展多种模式的农产品供应链；完善农产品质量可追溯体系；发挥港口优势,实施优质特色农产品“走出去”战略,扩大进口多样化农产品,构建全球农产品供应链网络；发挥独特对台优势,促进海峡两岸农产品供应链整合；以及提升农产品供应链信息化水平。最后对优化福州市农产品供应链模式的保障措施进行研究,即强化政策支持,完善法律法规和标准体系,加强组织领导,强化监督管理和强化要素保障等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Fuzhou's agricultural economy and the rising consumption level of residents, consumer demand for agricultural products has shown a trend of mass, diversification, quality and dynamics. The competition of agricultural products market has also evolved into the competition between the supply chain of agricultural products. In order to improve the overall performance of the agricultural product supply chain, each node of the agricultural product supply chain should not only optimize its own objectives, but also consider the overall impact on the agricultural product supply chain system, and form a strategic alliance with other members. Achieve the goal of overall optimal supply chain of agricultural products. This paper expounds the theories of supply chain and supply chain management, understands the connotation of agricultural product supply chain, studies and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the production and circulation of agricultural products in Fuzhou, as well as the present development situation of agricultural product supply chain. This paper points out the current agricultural product supply chain mode, and analyzes the difficulties and problems of Fuzhou agricultural product supply chain. This paper focuses on the optimization of the supply chain of agricultural products in Fuzhou. By expanding the new concept of the supply chain of agricultural products, the paper constructs the principles of the supply chain of agricultural products in Fuzhou, and the basic ideas of the optimization of the mode. The optimization measures of agricultural product supply chain are put forward: to promote the standardization of agricultural products wholesale market and to standardize the construction; Promote "agricultural batch docking", "agricultural super docking", popularize "agricultural school docking" and "agricultural meal docking" mode; take the third party logistics as the leading factor to realize the whole process circulation of cold chain; Cultivate agricultural product circulation demonstration enterprises, support the fourth party logistics enterprises, develop and strengthen leading agricultural products enterprises, carry out brand management, promote the construction of direct supply system for agricultural products, and develop electronic commerce; Innovating the linkage mechanism, developing multi-mode agricultural product supply chain, perfecting the traceability system of agricultural product quality; Give full play to port advantages, implement the "going out" strategy of high-quality and characteristic agricultural products, expand imports of diversified agricultural products, construct a global agricultural product supply chain network, give play to its unique advantages to Taiwan, and promote the integration of agricultural products supply chains between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait. And improve the level of agricultural supply chain information. Finally, this paper studies the measures to optimize the supply chain model of agricultural products in Fuzhou, that is, to strengthen policy support, perfect the system of laws, regulations and standards, strengthen organization and leadership, strengthen supervision and management, and strengthen the guarantee of elements.
