基于供应链管理的农产品流通模式研究

【摘要】： 经过20多年的改革与发展,我国农业已告别了农产品供给长期短缺的年代,开始步入总量基本平衡、丰年有余、部分农产品供给过剩的新的发展阶段。在农业发展的新阶段,培育和创新农产品流通模式成了当务之急,业已成为理论界研究的热点问题。本文在现有研究的基础上,对农产品流通模式的现状进行了详细分析,讨论了其特点及存在的问题,并试图构建农产品流通的供应链管理模式。 供应链管理是一种集成的管理思想和方法,它强调整个供应链的效率和效益,注重企业之间的合作,其目标在于提高顾客满意度和降低总成本,并寻求两个目标之间的平衡,从而使得供应链上的每个企业都能够获得并保持持久的竞争优势,提高供应链的整体竞争能力。英国著名供应链专家马丁?克里斯多夫在他的书中说“市场上只有供应链而没有企业”,“21世纪的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链和供应链之间的竞争”。 21世纪是知识经济时代,农产品流通模式的总体发展趋势是一体化、网络化、管理的高效化与知识化、经营的企业化、购销的订单化等。文中结合现有农产品流通模式的现状,认为我国农产品流通模式创新的总体思路应是:①重新整合农产品供应链②将农产品批发市场作为整个农产品流通链条上的中心环节;③将各种农产品流通企业整合为一个供应链管理联盟。按照这一总体思路,在现有的交易费用理论、供应链链状模型、供应链网状模型的基础上,构建了农产品流通的供应链管理模式,将位于连接供应商和销售商的农产品批发市场作为农产品供应链上的核心企业,批发市场根据自己的需要,与其供应商、供应商的供应商,以此向前直到最初的供应商,以及与其销售商、销售商的销售商,按此向后直到最终用户之间形成紧密的关系网链。 农产品批发市场是农产品流通供应链管理模式的中心环节,起着农产品流通的中心枢纽作用。基于其重要性,文中对批发市场进行了专门研究。本文的核心内容有四部分组成。第一部分是供应链管理的
[Abstract]:After more than 20 years of reform and development, China's agriculture has bid farewell to the age of long-term shortage of agricultural product supply, and has begun to enter a new stage of development in which the total amount is basically balanced, abundant years are available, and some agricultural products are oversupplied. In the new stage of agricultural development, it is urgent to cultivate and innovate the circulation mode of agricultural products. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural product circulation mode in detail, discusses its characteristics and existing problems, and tries to construct the supply chain management model of agricultural product circulation. Supply chain management is a kind of integrated management thought and method, which emphasizes the efficiency and benefit of the whole supply chain, pays attention to the cooperation between enterprises, and its goal is to improve customer satisfaction and reduce the total cost, and to seek the balance between the two objectives. So that each enterprise in the supply chain can obtain and maintain a lasting competitive advantage, and improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain. British famous supply chain expert Martin? In his book, Christopher said, "there is only a supply chain in the market, and there is no business in the market." the competition in the 21st century is not between firms, but between supply chains. " The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, the overall development trend of agricultural product circulation mode is integration, networking, high efficiency and knowledge of management, enterprise management, purchase and marketing orders, etc. According to the current situation of agricultural product circulation mode, this paper thinks that the general idea of innovation of agricultural product circulation mode in our country should be as follows: (1) reintegrating agricultural product supply chain (2) making wholesale market of agricultural product the central link in the whole agricultural product circulation chain; 3. Integrate all kinds of agricultural products circulation enterprises into a supply chain management alliance. According to this general idea, based on the existing transaction cost theory, supply chain model, supply chain network model, the supply chain management model of agricultural product circulation is constructed. The Wholesale Market for Agricultural products, which is located in the supply chain of agricultural products, which is located to connect suppliers and vendors, is the core enterprise in the supply chain of agricultural products, and the wholesale market, in accordance with its own needs, with its suppliers, suppliers of suppliers, so as to move forward to the original suppliers, And vendors with their vendors, back here until the end user to form a close chain of relationships.
