基于客户退货时间价值的闭环供应链绩效研究

【摘要】:在客户退货情境下的闭环供应链中,时间价值对供应链系统决策和绩效具有较大的影响。系统仿真和数据分析表明,在产品使用寿命周期内,对于时间敏感的产品,制定合理的退货处理累计时间具有相当的经济价值。无论对于何种使用寿命周期模式的产品,累计时间、退货率和价格衰减因子是影响系统绩效的关键因素。高退货率和高价格衰减会显著削弱系统利润,而选择合适的累计时间,通过对缺陷退货产品的集中处理,降低的处理成本会在一定程度抵消产品价格衰减对系统的影响,从而提高供应链系统利润。
[Abstract]:In the closed-loop supply chain with customer return, the time value has a great influence on the decision and performance of the supply chain system. The system simulation and data analysis show that it is of considerable economic value to make a reasonable cumulative return time for time-sensitive products in the product life cycle. The cumulative time, the return rate and the price attenuation factor are the key factors affecting the system performance, regardless of the service life cycle model. High return rate and high price attenuation will significantly weaken the system profits, and select the appropriate cumulative time, through the centralized processing of defective return products, the reduced processing costs will offset the impact of product price attenuation on the system to a certain extent. Thus increasing the profit of supply chain system.
