基于供应链管理角度的快递业低碳发展模式探讨——以中通速递为例

【摘要】:在低碳将成为未来经济新规则的背景下,作为高能耗产业,快递物流业如何响应十八大号召,践行"绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展"值得深思和探讨。以中通速递为例,认识快递业资源消耗现状的基础上,提出了快递业基于供应链的3种发展模式:供应链前向一体化,包括与电商协同发展、与供应商形成技术产业链;供应链平行一体化,同行业联盟或并购重组;供应链后向一体化,包括与顾客互动的逆向物流、打造信息共享一体化平台。
[Abstract]:Under the background that low carbon will become the new rule of economy in the future, as a high energy consumption industry, how to respond to the call of the 18th National Congress of express delivery logistics is worth pondering and discussing how to practice "green development, circular development, low carbon development". Taking Zhongtong express delivery as an example, on the basis of understanding the current situation of resource consumption in express delivery industry, three development modes of express delivery industry based on supply chain are put forward: supply chain forward integration, including cooperation with e-commerce, forming technology industry chain with suppliers; Supply chain parallel integration, same trade alliance or M & A; supply chain backward integration, including reverse logistics with customer interaction, create information sharing integration platform.
