基于SOA集成环境下整车企业产品协同开发模式研究

【摘要】:在以买方为主导的全球化市场经济环境中,客户的需求时时变化,产品的交货期越来越短,质量要求不断提高。传统的产品开发模式已难以适应多变的市场需求。而整车企业作为典型的离散型制造企业,拥有复杂的产品结构,繁多的产品种类和数量,会造成整车企业产品开发周期长,无法快速响应市场,同时也加大了管理的难度。 为应对市场环境变化与信息技术发展带来的挑战,整车企业迫切需要结合企业实际建立一种集成环境下新的产品协同开发模式,来有效管理企业内复杂而繁多的产品数据、业务流程、信息流,实现高效的产品协同开发。为实现产品的多样化、产品成本有效控制以及产品质量的保证,需要在产品开发过程中最大限度地降低设计变更,有效改善因设计变更导致的开发时间延长,成本提高等问题。 本文从整车产品开发流程、整车产品开发管理体系、信息化环境下跨系统信息交互以及基于PDM系统产品协同开发四方面内容出发,对信息化环境下整车企业协同产品开发过程进行了深入分析。支撑整车产品开发的信息化过程中主要存在产品开发周期长、成本高,由信息系统集成度低导致的信息数据延迟、失真、设计变更率高等问题。 在对企业面向服务架构应用集成环境和整车产品协同开发业务流程研究的基础上,本文提出了以基于SOA架构的信息交互共享、产品协同开发机制和产品协同安全策略三个内容为核心的整车企业集成环境下产品协同开发模式。基于集成环境下的信息交互共享实现方式,分别从企业内部与外部构建了产品开发协同机制。针对产品协同开发过程中存在的安全冲突,,建立了集成环境下知识安全模型,并提出相应的协同安全策略。 最后本文将以上理论成果应用于整车企业的实际产品开发过程中,以A企业基于SOA集成化系统的构建与实施作为实例。根据A企业整车产品开发信息化环境现状,阐述了集成平台的构建与实施步骤。实际应用表明:基于SOA的产品协同开发模式能有效降低设计变更率、及时发现设计问题,从而降低开发成本并提高产品质量。
[Abstract]:In the global market economy environment dominated by buyers, customer demand is constantly changing, the delivery time of products is shorter and shorter, and the quality requirements are constantly improved. The traditional product development model has been difficult to adapt to the changing market demand. As a typical discrete manufacturing enterprise, the whole vehicle enterprise has complex product structure, various product types and quantity, which will result in a long product development cycle, unable to respond to the market quickly, and increase the difficulty of management. In order to meet the challenges brought by the change of market environment and the development of information technology, it is urgent for the whole vehicle enterprise to establish a new product cooperative development model under the integrated environment to effectively manage the complex and various product data in the enterprise. Business process, information flow, achieve efficient product collaborative development. In order to realize the diversification of products, the effective control of product cost and the guarantee of product quality, it is necessary to minimize the design changes in the process of product development, and effectively improve the development time and cost increase caused by the design changes. This paper starts from four aspects: the whole vehicle product development process, the whole vehicle product development management system, the cross-system information exchange under the information environment and the product cooperation development based on the PDM system. In this paper, the collaborative product development process of the whole vehicle enterprise under the information environment is deeply analyzed. In the process of supporting the product development of the whole vehicle, there are many problems, such as long product development cycle, high cost, low information system integration, information data delay, distortion, high design change rate and so on. Based on the research on the application integration environment of enterprise service-oriented architecture and the business process of collaborative development of vehicle products, this paper proposes an interactive sharing of information based on SOA architecture. The product cooperative development model under the integrated environment of vehicle enterprise is the core of product cooperative development mechanism and product cooperative security strategy. Based on the implementation of information interaction and sharing in the integrated environment, the product development cooperation mechanism is constructed from the internal and external aspects of the enterprise. In view of the security conflicts in the process of product collaborative development, the knowledge security model in the integrated environment is established, and the corresponding cooperative security strategy is proposed. Finally, this paper applies the above theoretical results to the actual product development process of the whole vehicle enterprise, taking the construction and implementation of the integrated system based on SOA in the A enterprise as an example. According to the present situation of the information environment of vehicle product development in Enterprise A, the construction and implementation steps of the integrated platform are expounded. The practical application shows that the collaborative product development model based on SOA can effectively reduce the design change rate, discover the design problems in time, and thus reduce the development cost and improve the product quality.
