制造业网上竞标采购策略研究

【摘要】:随着企业国际化的加快,行业间竞争的加剧,成本控制变的越来越重要。供应链管理的重要性得到了制造型企业的广泛认可,并已提升到了战略的高度。采购环境的变化为企业的发展提供了新的机会,随着互联网的普及网上竞标这一采购方式也逐渐在制造业中开始使用。如何把这一方式很好的应用在制造型企业中,从供应链管理的角度来提高企业的竞争力成为了一个彼受关注的议题。 根据多年来在领先企业中从事网上竞标采购的经验及在MBA学习中掌握的理论知识,同时结合公司案例,本文系统的分析了如何在现代企业中制定网上竞标策略。主要内容包括: (1)网上竞标采购特点,,与传统采购和传统招、投标比较其优缺; (2)网上竞标采购的工作流程,针对竞标项目选择、竞标前、竞标中、竞标后各个阶段作了细致的分析,并分析了如何制定相关策略; (3)研究在新的环境下如何培养采购人才和管理采购团队。 (4)结合当前工作提出新的策略制定方案,特别研究了如何平衡采供关系和降低采购风险。 本研究提出了在一般制造型企业中如何制定网上竞标采购策略的方案,提供了在相关流程中如何制定策略。为刚刚开始使用或将要使用这一采购方式的企业提供了参考,为参与投标的企业提供了相关知识。同时本文也分析了可能遇到的新问题及对这一采购方式的未来展望。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of enterprise internationalization and the intensification of competition between industries, cost control becomes more and more important. The importance of supply chain management has been widely recognized by manufacturing enterprises, and has been promoted to a strategic level. The change of procurement environment provides a new opportunity for the development of enterprises. With the popularization of the Internet, the procurement method of online bidding is gradually used in the manufacturing industry. How to apply this method to manufacturing enterprises, from the point of view of supply chain management, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises has become a topic of concern. According to the experience of engaging in online bidding and purchasing in leading enterprises for many years and the theoretical knowledge that we have mastered in the study of MBA, this paper systematically analyzes how to formulate the online bidding strategy in modern enterprises. The main contents include: (1) the characteristics of online bidding, compared with traditional procurement and traditional bidding, the advantages and disadvantages of bidding; (2) the workflow of online bidding and purchasing, according to the selection of bidding project, before bidding, in bidding, after bidding each stage made a detailed analysis, and analyzed how to formulate relevant strategies; (3) study how to train purchasing talents and manage purchasing team in the new environment. (4) based on the current work, a new strategy is proposed, especially how to balance the relationship between the collection and supply and reduce the procurement risk. In this study, we put forward how to formulate online bidding and purchasing strategy in general manufacturing enterprises, and provide how to formulate strategies in related processes. It provides a reference for the enterprises that have just started to use or will use this procurement method, and provides relevant knowledge for the enterprises participating in the bidding. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the possible new problems and the future prospect of this procurement method.
