山西省战略性新兴企业人才供应链研究

【摘要】:在国家加快经济结构战略性调整和产业结构优化升级的今天,战略性新兴产业的发展对于正处于换挡爬坡时期的中国经济来讲,有着极为重要的作用;山西省作为国家重点实施的资源型综改试验区,加快战略性新兴产业的发展也必将成为其实现“资源型经济转型”和“中部地区经济强省”等目标的重要抓手。而作为战略性新兴产业的载体——战略性新兴企业,要实现快速健康发展,人才建设至关重要。因此,本文选择山西省战略性新兴企业人才供应链问题进行研究具有较强的理论意义和现实意义。 论文研究分析了山西省战略性新兴企业人才供应链的发展现状及存在的问题,随后对供应链理论与人才管理模式的融合应用进行了可行性分析,并基于此阐述了战略性新兴企业人才供应链构建过程中的节点选择、流程分析以及构建步骤,进而构建了相应的战略性新兴企业人才供应链,并以山西昌鑫生物科技有限公司为例,对已构建的人才供应链进行了实例应用分析。为山西省战略性新兴企业人才规划发展提供了科学合理的建议和依据,有利于为山西省经济发展注入新的活力,进而推进综改试验区的新进程。
[Abstract]:Today, when the country speeds up the strategic adjustment of economic structure and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, the development of strategic emerging industries plays an extremely important role in the Chinese economy, which is in the period of shifting and climbing. Shanxi Province, as the experimental area of comprehensive and comprehensive reform of resource type implemented by the state, will surely become an important grasp to realize the goals of "transforming resource-based economy" and "strengthening the economy of central region". As the carrier of strategic emerging industries, strategic emerging enterprises, to achieve rapid and healthy development, talent construction is crucial. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance for this paper to study the talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises in Shanxi Province. This paper studies and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises in Shanxi Province, and then makes a feasibility analysis on the integration of supply chain theory and talent management model. Based on this, the paper expounds the node selection, process analysis and construction steps in the process of constructing the talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises, and then constructs the corresponding talent supply chain of strategic emerging enterprises. Taking Shanxi Changxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd as an example, the application of the talent supply chain has been analyzed. It provides scientific and reasonable advice and basis for the planning and development of talents of strategic new enterprises in Shanxi Province, which is helpful to inject new vitality into the economic development of Shanxi Province, and then to promote the new process of comprehensive reform experimental area.
