小微企业WF公司的供应链管理分析与优化研究

【摘要】:伴随国家出台一系列针对小微企业的优惠政策,政府和社会越来越关注小微企业群体的发展。到目前为止,我国有近5000万家小微类型的企业,解决了相当一部分的就业人口,,同时也为国家带来了近三分之二的所得税收益,在国民经济中起到越来越大的支撑作用。可是,小微企业的现代化管理大多处在较低水平,这主要是受到资金、人才、技术等方面的制约,管理不规范、效率低下、融资难、竞争力弱等问题突出,企业的信息化率不足3%,这些均严重制约了小微类型企业的进一步壮大。目前小微企业最迫切的需求就是建立基本的管理规范、提高工作效率,这是为小微企业进一步实现信息化系统奠定基础。 本论文首先从国家统计报告的数据出发,综述了小微企业所处的现状,包括小微企业目前的生存状况,以及其在我国国民经济中的地位和其普遍存在的发展困境。其次,针对WF公司目前的企业管理模式、产品、营销策略、财务状况等内部管理机制进行了详细的分析,同时还剖析了现阶段政府对于小微企业的相关政策扶持情况、同行业竞争情况等外部生存环境状况。基于以上研究,找出了公司内外部制约其发展的关键因素,以及公司目前存在的主要问题。然后,本论文基于现代管理理论和供应链管理思想,从WF公司组织结构、决策者能力、公司内部资源利用、公司企业文化树立以及公司日常经营中的供应链流程等各个环节的管理进行改善与优化研究,提出一系列针对小微企业正常有序发展的建议与措施。本论文的研究对我国目前小微企业的发展和壮大具有一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of a series of preferential policies for small and micro enterprises, the government and society pay more and more attention to the development of small and micro enterprises. Up to now, there are nearly 50 million small and micro enterprises in our country, which solve a considerable part of the employed population, but also bring the income tax income of nearly 2/3 for the country, which plays a more and more important role in the national economy. However, most of the modern management of small and micro enterprises is at a relatively low level, which is mainly restricted by funds, talents, technology, etc., the management is not standardized, the efficiency is low, the financing is difficult, and the competitiveness is weak, and so on. The information rate of enterprises is less than 3, which seriously restricts the further growth of small and micro-enterprises. At present, the most urgent need of small and micro enterprises is to establish basic management standards and improve work efficiency, which is the foundation for small and micro enterprises to further realize information system. Starting from the data of the national statistical report, this paper first summarizes the current situation of small and micro enterprises, including their current living conditions, their status in our national economy and their common difficulties of development. Secondly, this paper analyzes the internal management mechanism of WF company, such as management mode, product, marketing strategy, financial situation and so on. At the same time, it also analyzes the relevant policy support of the government for small and micro enterprises at the present stage. Same industry competition and other external survival environment. Based on the above research, we find out the key factors that restrict the development of the company, and the main problems of the company. Then, based on the modern management theory and supply chain management, this paper analyzes the organizational structure of WF, the ability of decision makers, and the utilization of resources within the company. This paper studies the improvement and optimization of the corporate culture and the management of the supply chain flow in the daily operation of the company, and puts forward a series of suggestions and measures for the normal and orderly development of the small and micro enterprises. The research of this paper has certain reference function to the development and expansion of small and micro enterprises in our country.
