【摘要】：正医院精细化管理离不开供应链流程的优化,而信息化的应用,让供应链真正"连起来"。对于像华西医院这样的大体量医院来说,物资管理水平直接影响医院的医疗质量和经济效益。该院通过多年探索与努力,在这一方面的成绩得到了国家卫生计生委及同行的赞誉。供应链是精细化管理的重要抓手一家医院的实力提升,必须依靠医疗与管理两个引擎。在提升医疗水平的同时,也要进行管理模式的变革。
