BF集团供应链整合战略研究

【摘要】:随着经济全球化和信息技术多样化的高速发展,,为了适应市场经济很多企业企业对于供应链管理越来越重视起来,也就是说企业的发展离不开供应链的管理。传统的企业管理已经不能满足企业日益发展的要求,新的供应链管理尤其是依据信息技术发展起来的电子商务型供应链管理逐渐的取代了传统的管理模式。本文阐述了供应链、供应链管理及供应链整合对BF集团发展的重要意义;通过文献研究法、信息研究法和对比分析法对BF集团改制后新型供应链进行研究,深入探讨了供应链整合对企业内部及外部的重要性;更加清晰的说明了信息技术的飞速发展给供应链整合提供了前提条件。 本文通过传统企业经营模式和现代供应链管理的阐述和对比,说明在市场竞争条件下,企业不能仅仅重视自身业务的发展,而忽略与上下游进行战略合作;企业应该在重视自身核心业务发展的同时,通过信息共享技术积极与原料供应商及下游客户进行长期合作。 本文阐述供应链整合的相关理论研究,并对供应链整合三维要素信息整合、物流整合及资金流整合分别进行了研究,说明了随着供应链整合伴随着三维要素的整合;同时研究了外部整合和内部整合的关系。 本文研究了BF集团改制前后,企业内部外部的变化。从企业内部到企业外部的整合同时也催生了整个产业链的完善。BF集团通过利用自身核心业务优势,横向拓展其他业务,增强了市场影响力。 本文通过BF集团单一品牌战略实施、员工激励战略实施、直销战略实施、生产外包战略的实施及信息整合战略的实施,研究了BF集团坚持多元化的企业发展战略。 本文通过BF集团发展近十年的历程,从改制前计划型的经营模式到新形式下市场型的经营模式的转变,阐述了BF集团通过供应链整合战略对企业内部外部进行改造。无论是集团坚持的单一品牌战略、员工激励战略、直销战略、外包战略的实施还是信息整合战略实施,都增强了BF集团供应链竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and diversification of information technology, in order to adapt to the market economy, many enterprises pay more and more attention to supply chain management, that is to say, the development of enterprises can not be separated from supply chain management. Traditional enterprise management has not been able to meet the growing needs of enterprises. The new supply chain management, especially the e-commerce supply chain management based on information technology, has gradually replaced the traditional management model. This paper expounds the importance of supply chain, supply chain management and supply chain integration to the development of BF Group. Through the methods of literature research, information research and comparative analysis, this paper studies the new supply chain after the restructuring of BF Group, and probes into the importance of supply chain integration to the internal and external of the enterprise. More clearly explained the rapid development of information technology to supply chain integration to provide a prerequisite. This article through the traditional enterprise management pattern and the modern supply chain management elaboration and the contrast, under the market competition condition, the enterprise cannot only attach importance to its own business development, but neglects carries on the strategic cooperation with the upstream and downstream; Enterprises should attach importance to their core business development and actively cooperate with raw material suppliers and downstream customers through information sharing technology. In this paper, the relevant theoretical research of supply chain integration is described, and the information integration, logistics integration and capital flow integration of supply chain integration are studied respectively, which shows that with the supply chain integration accompanied by the integration of three-dimensional elements; At the same time, the relationship between external integration and internal integration is studied. This paper studies the internal and external changes of BF Group before and after restructuring. The integration from the inside of the enterprise to the outside of the enterprise also gave birth to the perfection of the whole industrial chain. BF Group has enhanced its market influence by making use of its core business advantages and expanding other business horizontally. Through the implementation of single brand strategy, employee incentive strategy, direct marketing strategy, production outsourcing strategy and information integration strategy of BF Group, this paper studies the diversified enterprise development strategy of BF Group. Based on the development of BF Group in the past ten years, this paper describes the transformation of BF Group's internal and external enterprises through supply chain integration strategy, from the planned management model to the market-based management model under the new form. The single brand strategy, employee incentive strategy, direct marketing strategy, outsourcing strategy and information integration strategy all enhance the supply chain competitiveness of BF Group.
