考虑工序外包的生产调度及其合作博弈研究

【摘要】:随着B2B商业网络的日渐复杂,供应链中各利益方之间的竞争与合作机遇并存。在考虑生产商将部分工序外包给第三方代工商的生产模型设定中,本文研究多个生厂商和第三方代工商之间通过合作调度,,实现生产计划全局优化的可能。本文使用的生产计划模型中,目标成本函数为生产窗口预订成本和在制品库存成本的加和。其中,生产窗口的预订成本非线性,通过模拟普通生产窗口和加班生产窗口的不同价格,将其设定为已知的分段函数;在制品库存成本使用加权流水时间表示。针对生产计划问题,本文给出了使用贪心法和动态规划联合求解最优解的算法。进一步的,针对本文模型中涉及的合作博弈问题,给出了一组均衡解的分配原则。最后,本文使用一组具体的实例对文中算法进行了模拟,模型的优化效率达25%。
[Abstract]:With the increasing complexity of B2B business network, competition and cooperation opportunities exist among all stakeholders in the supply chain. In consideration of the production model setting in which manufacturers outsource some processes to a third party, this paper studies the possibility of global optimization of production planning by cooperative scheduling between multiple manufacturers and third-party agents. In the production planning model used in this paper, the target cost function is the sum of the production window reservation cost and the WIP inventory cost. Among them, the cost of production window is nonlinear, by simulating the different prices of common production window and overtime production window, the production window is set as a known piecewise function, and the cost of in-process inventory is expressed by weighted pipelining time. For the production planning problem, this paper presents an algorithm for solving the optimal solution by using greedy method and dynamic programming. Furthermore, for the cooperative game problem in this model, we give a set of equilibrium solution allocation principles. Finally, a set of concrete examples are used to simulate the algorithm in this paper, and the optimization efficiency of the model is 25%.
