FD物产集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:全球大宗商品行业正面临新的市场形势,FD物产集团作为一家大宗商品贸易商,刚刚经历了管理平台整合和业务重组,为了明确公司未来发展方向,实现可持续性增长,亟待开展系统的战略规划研究。 本文首先对大宗商品贸易行业,以及其中的细分行业——大宗商品套利行业进行了深入的分析。笔者分别从市场规模及成长性、竞争状况、行业吸引力、行业驱动力、行业发展趋势等多个角度对未来市场形势进行了研判,识别出FD物产集团所面临的市场机会及威胁。在此基础之上,通过对大宗商品领域内的成功企业——来宝集团、浙江物产及中粮集团,进行标杆研究,总结出最佳业务实践,为FD物产集团制订战略规划提供有力的借鉴。 企业资源与能力状况对于战略目标的实现意义重大。基于此,笔者对FD物产集团开展内部资源与能力分析,识别出公司的优势及劣势。结合内外部分析的结果,运用SWOT等战略分析工具,为FD物产集团提出了四个战略选择方向:其一、采取多种方式,实现大宗商品产业链延伸经营;其二、在稳固现有渠道和市场优势的基础上,实现在经营区域、产品系列方面的业务拓展;其三、完善研发、风险管理、人力资源管理等方面的职能建设,,为业务的发展提供保障;其四、开展资本运作,实现快速发展,取得行业领先地位。 在明确FD物产集团发展战略选择方向的基础上,笔者对FD物产集团的愿景及经营目标进行了梳理,提出了FD物产集团将致力于成为“集投资、生产、交易、物流和信息服务于一体的国际大宗商品供应链服务商”的战略定位。为了实现这一战略转型,笔者对FD物产集团的战略举措进行了详细的规划,具体包括四个方面的内容:(一)打造大宗商品产业链经营业务模式;(二)国际化经营;(三)建立完善的风险控制体系;(四)资本运作。 本文虽然是基于FD物产集团战略规划的实证分析和研究,但研究成果不仅对FD物产集团自身发展有着重要意义,而且还有着较大的社会意义,能够为其他从事大宗商品贸易或套利业务的企业开展业务模式创新、实现战略转型、获得可持续发展,提供有益的借鉴。
[Abstract]:The global commodity industry is facing a new market situation. As a commodity trader, FD Group has just experienced management platform integration and business restructuring, in order to define the company's future development direction and achieve sustainable growth. It is urgent to carry out systematic strategic planning research. In this paper, the commodity trade industry, as well as the subdivision of the industry-commodity arbitrage industry in-depth analysis. The author studies the future market situation from market scale and growth, competition situation, industry attraction, industry driving force, industry development trend and so on, and identifies the market opportunities and threats faced by FD Group. On this basis, through the benchmarking study of the successful enterprises in the field of commodities-Laibao Group, Zhejiang Product Group and Cofco Group, the best business practices are summed up, which provides a strong reference for FD Product Group to formulate strategic planning. The status of enterprise resources and capabilities is of great significance to the realization of strategic objectives. Based on this, the author analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of FD products Group, and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of the company. Combined with the results of internal and external analysis, using SWOT and other strategic analysis tools, this paper puts forward four strategic choice directions for FD product group: first, adopt a variety of ways to realize the extended management of commodity industry chain; Second, on the basis of stabilizing the existing channels and market advantages, realize the business expansion in the area of operation and product series; Third, improve the research and development, risk management, human resources management and other aspects of functional construction, to provide protection for the development of business; fourth, carry out capital operations, achieve rapid development, to achieve industry leading position. On the basis of defining the development strategy choice direction of FD product group, the author combs the vision and management goal of FD product group, and puts forward that FD product group will devote itself to become "set investment, production, transaction," Logistics and information services in one of the international commodity supply chain service provider "strategic positioning." In order to realize this strategic transformation, the author has carried on the detailed plan to the FD product group's strategic action, including four aspects contents: (1) creating the business model of the commodity industry chain, (2) the internationalization management; (3) establishing a sound risk control system; (4) capital operation. Although this paper is based on the empirical analysis and research of FD product group strategic planning, the research results are not only of great significance to the development of FD product group itself, but also of great social significance. It can provide useful reference for other enterprises engaged in commodity trade or arbitrage business to carry out business model innovation, to realize strategic transformation, to obtain sustainable development, and to provide useful reference for other enterprises engaged in commodity trade or arbitrage business.
