Thisarticle focuses on solve theproblem ofinventorymanagement withplanning and implementation ofvendor-managed inventory in Kcompany.While theuseofthetheory of supply chainmanagement,to analyze inventory andinventory management issues and methods,in-depth discussionandstudy supply chain inventory control considering features ofmaterialsandsuppliers.It ishelpful forinventory control inmanufacturing enterprise which provides effectiveprograms and reference. The method ofinventory management pany implemented theadvanced supply chaininventorymanagement bymeans ofQuestion,Analysis,Solutions.The thesis mainlyincluding:First,introduced themeaning and application prospects for thisstudy and summarized theresearch situation todeliver themain content and methods ofthisstudy.
