【摘要】:精益生产和六西格玛管理理论是当今世界上公认的先进管理理念和方法,本文针对A公司昆山分公司的企业特点,以精益生产和六西格玛管理理论为基础,通过对精益六西格玛的研究学习,详细分析了公司运营管理现状,总结存在的问题,分析这些问题产生的原因,并针对这些问题提出对策,并选择MNG2项目作为验证对象,实施精益六西格玛管理进行改善。在验证过程中对未到达改善目的对策进行深入分析,总结失败的原因,并提出新的改善对策。 A公司为了满足自身成长的需求和应付外部竞争,现有的管理模式已经不足以实现长远的规划,必须选择新的管理模式。公司的高层管理最终选择了精益六西格玛作为新的管理工具来实现目标。但是由于A公司原有的管理模式和精益六西格玛不能相容,促使我们对A公司的现有模式展开研究,总结哪些存在的问题可能会导致精益六西格玛的失败,分析其原因,,并提出对策。 为了验证对策的有效性,同时也避免错误的对策导致精益六西格玛的全面失败,我们选择MNG2一个项目作为试点,对改善对策进行一一验证。对验证失败的对策进行二次原因分析,提出新的对策。
[Abstract]:Lean production and six Sigma management theory are recognized as advanced management concepts and methods in the world today. According to the enterprise characteristics of Kunshan Branch of Company A, this paper bases on lean production and six Sigma management theory. Through the study and study of Lean six Sigma, this paper analyzes in detail the present situation of the company's operation and management, summarizes the existing problems, analyzes the causes of these problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for these problems, and selects the MNG2 project as the verification object. Implement Lean six Sigma Management to improve. In the process of verification, the countermeasures of failure are analyzed, the reasons of failure are summarized, and new improvement countermeasures are put forward. In order to meet the needs of its own growth and to cope with external competition, the existing management model is no longer sufficient to achieve long-term planning, so it is necessary to choose a new management model. The company's top management ultimately chose Lean six Sigma as a new management tool to achieve its goals. However, because the original management mode of A Company is incompatible with Lean six Sigma, we study the existing model of A Company, sum up the problems that may lead to the failure of Lean six Sigma, and analyze the reasons. And put forward countermeasures. In order to verify the effectiveness of the countermeasures and avoid the failure of Lean six Sigma, we selected a MNG2 project as a pilot to verify the improvement countermeasures one by one. The causes of the failure of verification are analyzed and new countermeasures are put forward.
