基于供应定位模型的W公司采购策略研究

【摘要】:随着国内及国际市场竞争的更加激烈,但凡是企业都渴望通过敏捷、精简、有竞争力、灵活及高效率的流程来指导企业的运作,以此生产出优质的产品吸引顾客,使自己的企业具备更高的竞争优势,能维持企业持续较好的盈利状况。在先进技术的发展过程中,如何能更好的制定企业的采购策略,提高企业的效率,一直是企业思考的问题。通过恰当的途径缩短企业现实与理想的企业管理间存在的差距。国外有一些经典的成功案例值得我们去参考。本文在供应定位模型的指导下,结合企业本身的技术水平及发展目标,重新考虑W公司的采购策略,放弃那些与现实不符的方式方法,对企业购物流程进行再设计,以更快的提升企业的效率。 对于企业而言,流程的再造并不一定会马上见效。本文结合企业战略目标,,讨论企业采购的流程再造,研究供应链的管理,针对W企业—制造型企业,研究其内外部的环境,分析采购流程再造问题,在供应定位理论基础上,结合企业的行业特色及实际状况,确定采购流程再造的目标,提出再造模型。重点对怎样建立与供应商之间的战略联盟加以描述,在这一基础上分析采购流程再造的思路。最后将采购流程建立起来。通过这样的方式,提高W企业核心的竞争力,使企业战略目标最终得以更好实现。
[Abstract]:With the fierce competition in the domestic and international markets, all enterprises are eager to direct their operations through agile, streamlined, competitive, flexible and efficient processes to produce high-quality products to attract customers. To make their own enterprises with a higher competitive advantage, can maintain a good profit situation. In the process of the development of advanced technology, how to better formulate the procurement strategy and improve the efficiency of the enterprise, has always been the problem of enterprise thinking. To shorten the gap between enterprise reality and ideal enterprise management through appropriate ways. There are some classic successful cases abroad worth our reference. Under the guidance of supply positioning model, combining with the technical level and development goal of the enterprise itself, this paper reconsiders the purchasing strategy of W Company, gives up those ways and methods that are not in accordance with the reality, and redesigns the enterprise shopping process. In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise faster. For an enterprise, process reengineering may not be immediately effective. This paper discusses the process reengineering of enterprise procurement, studies the management of supply chain, studies the internal and external environment of W enterprise-manufacturing enterprise, and analyzes the problem of procurement process reengineering based on the theory of supply orientation. Combined with the industry characteristics and the actual situation of the enterprise, the goal of procurement process reengineering is determined, and the reengineering model is put forward. This paper mainly describes how to establish strategic alliance with suppliers, and analyzes the thinking of procurement process reengineering on this basis. Finally, the procurement process will be established. In this way, the core competitiveness of W enterprises can be improved, and the strategic objectives of enterprises will be better realized.
