面向供应节点失效的供应链应急策略研究

【摘要】:针对突发事件导致的某供应节点失效的三级供应链应急问题,提出了启用备选供应商、修复失效供应商和重新优化供应计划的综合应急策略;建立了基于客户需求情景的多时段供应中断应急计划随机模型,该模型考虑了缺货惩罚成本、备选供应商启用成本与失效供应商修复成本之间的平衡,通过突发事件后在不同时段的应急策略方案选择和供应计划再优化实现供应链期望运作成本最小。最后案例分析验证了供应中断应急计划模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the emergency problem of three-level supply chain caused by the failure of a supply node caused by an emergency, a comprehensive emergency strategy is put forward to enable alternative suppliers, repair the failure suppliers and re-optimize the supply plan. A stochastic model of multi-time supply interruption contingency planning based on customer demand scenario is established. The model considers the penalty cost of shortage, the balance between the cost of commissioning and the repair cost of the failure supplier. The expected operation cost of supply chain is minimized through the selection of emergency strategy and the optimization of supply plan after emergency. Finally, the case study verifies the effectiveness of the supply interruption contingency planning model.
