城市生活垃圾综合处理的供应链管理研究

【摘要】:近年来,由于我国经济的长期稳定发展,城市化进程急剧提速,城市居民生活垃圾的产生量随之骤然增加,导致垃圾处理能力严重不足以致填埋量过大等土地资源紧张的一系列问题。在此背景下,本文对城市生活垃圾处理中的管理问题进行研究,以期通过研究实施供应链管理来改善城市生活垃圾处理问题多的现状,力求尝试从理论方法应用层面作进一步的探索和提供相应解决方案,为城市绿色运营和可持续发展以抛砖引玉。 本文是根据城市生活垃圾混合收集和存在多种处理方案的现实,通过进一步比较分析,本文认为垃圾综合处理方法将在我国逐渐推广开来,由此提出采用供应链管理方案以从全局角度解决以上问题的思路。首先,对城市生活垃圾综合处理实施供应链管理的可行性进行了研究,从生活垃圾物流特性、综合处理现况、供应链管理特性等各个层面论证了供应链管理的可行性;在此基础上,通过构建城市生活垃圾综合处理供应链的一般结构模型,再依据Petri网的理论方法,构建了垃圾供应链相应组成成员的子模型,为随后的实际应用研究奠定理论基础。最后,,以北京阿苏卫城市生活垃圾综合处理厂为例,在充分调研的基础上,构建了厂内综合处理流程随机Petri网模型,分析了垃圾综合处理存在的瓶颈以及填埋过量的问题,提出了改善垃圾综合处理厂内部运作效率的方法;在此基础上,构建了城市生活垃圾综合处理供应链混合Petri网模型,运用Visual Object net++1.44软件对其实际运作状况进行了仿真,针对堆肥滞销的问题,给出了若干改善与提升生活垃圾综合处理供应链运作效率的方法和建议;然后,结合对综合处理厂内部以及垃圾综合处理供应链的研究结果,本文给出了改善北京市垃圾处理现况的若干建议和对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the long-term and stable development of our economy and the rapid increase in the process of urbanization, the amount of municipal solid waste produced by urban residents has suddenly increased. A series of problems which lead to serious shortage of garbage disposal capacity, such as too large landfills, and so on. In this context, this paper studies the management of municipal solid waste (MSW) in order to improve the current situation of MSW disposal problems through the implementation of supply chain management. This paper tries to make further exploration and provide corresponding solutions from the aspect of theory and method application, so as to offer a reference for the urban green operation and sustainable development. This paper is based on the reality of mixed collection of municipal solid waste and the existence of various treatment schemes. Through further comparison and analysis, this paper thinks that the comprehensive treatment method of municipal solid waste will be gradually popularized in our country. Therefore, a supply chain management scheme is proposed to solve the above problems from the overall point of view. Firstly, the feasibility of implementing supply chain management of municipal solid waste (MSW) is studied, and the feasibility of SCM is demonstrated from the aspects of the characteristics of MSW logistics, the current situation of comprehensive treatment and the characteristics of SCM. On this basis, by constructing the general structure model of the supply chain for municipal solid waste (MSW) integrated treatment, and then according to the theory and method of Petri net, the sub-model of the corresponding members of MSW supply chain is constructed. It lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent practical application research. Finally, taking the Beijing Asuwei municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment plant as an example, on the basis of full investigation, the random Petri net model of the in-plant integrated treatment process is constructed, and the bottleneck existing in the comprehensive garbage treatment and the problems of the excess landfill are analyzed. The method of improving the internal operation efficiency of waste comprehensive treatment plant is put forward. On this basis, the mixed Petri net model of supply chain for comprehensive treatment of municipal solid waste (MSW) is constructed, and its actual operation condition is simulated by using Visual Object net 1.44 software, aiming at the problem of unsalable composting. Some methods and suggestions are given to improve the efficiency of supply chain for comprehensive treatment of domestic solid waste. Then, based on the research results of the integrated treatment plant and the supply chain of comprehensive waste treatment, this paper gives some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the current situation of municipal solid waste disposal in Beijing.
