H公司供应链信息共享及其协同效应研究

【摘要】:过去的二十年,中国制造业一直作为世界经济的生力军而迅猛发展,但随着经济全球化的推进,原有的以企业为单位的竞争模式已经不再适用,基于供应链的竞争开始兴起。我国制造业供应链管理实践已探索多年,取得了不少成果,但也遭遇了种种障碍。尤其是在信息共享方面,不少企业没有从战略的高度认清其对供应链管理的重要意义,或因为各种障碍因素而踟躇不前。这也造成了国内制造业供应链绩效较低,没有产生应有的协同效应。在此背景下,有必要进一步研究制造业信息共享机制及其对供应链的协同效应,为制造业供应链管理的改善提供有益启示。 本文以国内最大的淀粉糖生产企业H公司为研究对象。论文首先阐明了制造业供应链信息共享的背景及重要意义;然后对供应链协同及信息共享的基本理论进行了回顾,梳理了国内外相关概念和研究成果;接着,介绍了H公司及其供应链的概况,分析了其供应链信息共享机制,指出了H公司供应链管理中实现信息共享的重要意义,剖析了信息共享的障碍因素;之后,利用主成分分析法构建了供应链业务流程的四个协同绩效指标,利用中介作用模型验证了H公司供应链信息共享对业务流程协同绩效的作用;最后,针对信息共享的障碍因素,提出了改善H公司增强供应链信息共享的控制策略、激励策略和信任策略。
[Abstract]:In the past two decades, China's manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly as a new force of the world economy. However, with the advancement of economic globalization, the original competition mode based on enterprises is no longer applicable, and the competition based on supply chain has begun to rise. China's manufacturing supply chain management practice has been explored for many years, many achievements have been achieved, but also encountered a variety of obstacles. Especially in the aspect of information sharing, many enterprises have not recognized the importance of supply chain management from the strategic level, or hesitated because of various obstacles. This also causes the domestic manufacturing industry supply chain performance is low, did not produce the due synergy effect. Under this background, it is necessary to further study the mechanism of information sharing in manufacturing industry and its synergistic effect on supply chain, so as to provide beneficial enlightenment for the improvement of supply chain management in manufacturing industry. This paper takes H Company, the largest starch sugar producer in China, as the research object. Firstly, the paper clarifies the background and significance of supply chain information sharing in manufacturing industry, then reviews the basic theory of supply chain coordination and information sharing, and sorts out the related concepts and research results at home and abroad. Then, it introduces the general situation of H company and its supply chain, analyzes the information sharing mechanism of H company, points out the importance of realizing information sharing in supply chain management of H company, and analyzes the obstacle factors of information sharing. Then, using the principal component analysis method to construct the supply chain business process coordination performance indicators, using the intermediary role model to verify the role of H company supply chain information sharing on the business process synergy performance; Finally, aiming at the obstacle factors of information sharing, the control strategy, incentive strategy and trust strategy to improve H company's information sharing in supply chain are put forward.
