供应链突发事件风险对企业绩效的影响研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着供应链全球化的发展,企业所在的供应链系统变得越来越脆弱,来自外部环境的突发事件,对供应链的影响越来越大,由此造成的供应链风险越来越受到人们的重视。供应链突发事件对企业的绩效造成严重影响,包括可能造成供应链中运输系统的中断、原材料供给不足,还可能造成信息通道的堵塞、需求的巨大波动等。 对于供应链风险的研究,国内外学者大多侧重于风险来源、风险类型以及影响因素等,没有形成系统的供应链风险管理体系。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,重点研究供应链突发事件风险与企业绩效之间的关系,分析监管法律政治风险、基础设施风险和灾难风险对企业绩效的影响机制,通过实证研究,验证三类风险对企业绩效的影响以及调节效应的作用。为了保证实证研究的质量,本文的问卷发放群体主要为北京交通大学在读MBA学生以及企业中从事物流管理的人员。 最后,基于实证研究结果,本文给出了企业缓解供应链突发事件风险的一些策略,主要包括灵活的供给策略、生产-外包策略、收益管理策略、产品过渡策略和经济供给措施。图4幅,表11个,参考文献57篇。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of supply chain globalization, the supply chain system in which enterprises are located has become more and more fragile. The unexpected events from the external environment have more and more influence on the supply chain. The supply chain risk caused by this has been paid more and more attention by people. Supply chain emergencies have a serious impact on the performance of enterprises, including the disruption of transportation system in the supply chain, the shortage of raw materials supply, the blockage of information channels, the huge fluctuation of demand and so on. For the study of supply chain risk, most of the scholars at home and abroad focus on the source of risk, the type of risk and the influencing factors, etc., and there is no systematic supply chain risk management system. On the basis of summarizing previous studies, this paper focuses on the relationship between supply chain emergency risk and enterprise performance, and analyzes the impact mechanism of regulatory legal and political risk, infrastructure risk and disaster risk on enterprise performance. Through the empirical study, verify the impact of the three types of risk on corporate performance and the role of regulatory effects. In order to ensure the quality of empirical research, the questionnaire groups in this paper are mainly MBA students in Beijing Jiaotong University and personnel engaged in logistics management in enterprises. Finally, based on the empirical results, this paper gives some strategies to mitigate the supply chain emergency risk, including flexible supply strategy, production-outsourcing strategy, revenue management strategy, product transition strategy and economic supply measures.
