基于供应链竞争的中小企业电子商务模式优化路径探析

【摘要】：全球化竞争的日益激烈导致中小企业的传统运营模式遭受严峻挑战。中小企业需借助电子商务平台来强化供应链管理,以应对终端客户需求的快速变化。本文阐述了中小企业实施供应链电子商务的内涵及意义;从信息风险、安全防护风险和利益冲突等角度揭示制约中小企业供应链电子商务系统模式实施的诸项风险要素;从优化供应链电子商务平台的信息资源共享、健全供应链电子商务平台的安全系统、强化供应链电子商务平台的信息挖掘、激励供应链电子商务平台的价值增值功能等角度探索优化中小企业供应链电子商务运营模式的新路径。
[Abstract]:The increasingly fierce competition in globalization leads to the severe challenge to the traditional operation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises need e-commerce platform to strengthen supply chain management, in order to cope with the rapid changes in the needs of end-customers. This paper expounds the connotation and significance of the implementation of supply chain e-commerce in small and medium-sized enterprises, and reveals the various risk elements that restrict the implementation of the supply chain e-commerce system model of SMEs from the angles of information risk, security protection risk and conflict of interest. From optimizing the information resource sharing of the supply chain e-commerce platform, perfecting the security system of the supply chain e-commerce platform, strengthening the information mining of the supply chain e-commerce platform, Encourage the value-added function of supply chain e-commerce platform to explore a new way to optimize the supply chain e-commerce operation mode of small and medium-sized enterprises.
