云南省咖啡质量安全追溯系统开发与研究

【摘要】:云南省的西部和南部地处北纬15°至北回归线之间,大部分地区海拔在1000-2000米,地形以山地、坡地为主,且起伏较大、土壤肥沃、日照充足、雨量丰富、昼夜温差大,这些独特的自然条件形成了云南小粒种咖啡品味的特殊性—浓而不苦,香而不烈,略带果味。早在五十年代,云南小粒种咖啡就在国际咖啡市场上大受欢迎,,为了进一步推动云南咖啡的影响力,质量的安全起着重要的作用,从而对质量安全的追溯系统的研究也显得格外重要。 《食品安全法》颁布以后,与我们生活息息相关的农产品的质量安全便显得尤为突出,它是关乎我们的身体健康和国计民生的大事情。但是,农产品的生产、流通、加工企业对质量的监管力度不足,相应的我国很多农产品存在这样的问题,空间上比较分散、经营程度上不够规模化、没有规范的生产标准和条件还有是流通环节比较混乱,这些问题便使农产品质量安全问题频繁发生。咖啡做为一种与我们生活不可或缺的经济作物,也难免出现类似的问题。所以,对咖啡的生产,加工,流通的过程进行科学的监督管理可以预防各种由于咖啡所引起的食品安全问题,意义重大。建立起符合云南省咖啡质量安全追溯系统不仅仅能够提升云南咖啡质量的安全性,促进云南经济发展,拉动云南小粒咖啡的出口,还能够根据系统建立的云南咖啡数据库和网络信息,预测云南省咖啡的生产,进而方便的提供了政府对咖啡政策的决策依据。云南将通过5-10年的努力,围绕最具优势的三大“云系列”(云茶、云花、云药)、三大“林产品”(林化产品、木本油料、食用菌)和四大“高原牌”(高原果蔬、高原薯业、高原糖酒、高原渔牧),培育扶持形成一批产值超百亿元、数百亿元的大型农业龙头企业集团。推动形成10个以上产值超千亿元、甚至数千亿元的农业产业,云南是全国最大的咖啡主产区和出口创汇基地。所以建立咖啡质量安全追溯系统尤为必要。所以本课题的研究有重要的理论和应用价值。 本文以云南省咖啡的供应链为突破口,借鉴了国内外农产品溯源系统的成功范例,综合了.NET Framework技术、国际通用编码技术、无线射频识别技术(RFID)、数据库相关技术、 Ajax相关技术完成了云南省咖啡质量安全追溯系统的初步开发研究,主要完成了一是,探讨了符合云南省咖啡现状的质量安全追溯的具体方法,分析了云南咖啡溯源系统的需求也可行性,实现了云南省咖啡质量追溯的整体框架。二是,分析了咖啡从种植到成品的过程,建立了云南咖啡生产追溯模型。三是,依托Microsoft Visual Studio2010强大的集成功能和MicrosoftSQL Server2008数据库,完成了美观友好的web开发,从而满足咖啡供应链各个参与者相应的需求。
[Abstract]:The western and southern parts of Yunnan Province are located between latitude 15 掳north and the regression line north, and most of the areas are above sea level of 1000? 000 meters. The terrain is mainly mountainous and sloping, and the undulation is large, the soil is fertile, the sun is abundant, the rainfall is rich, and the temperature difference between day and night is large. These unique natural conditions form the particularity of Yunnan small-grain coffee taste-strong but not bitter, fragrant but not strong, with a slightly fruity taste. As early as the 1950s, Yunnan small-grain coffee was very popular in the international coffee market. In order to further promote the influence of Yunnan coffee, quality safety played an important role. Therefore, the research on the traceability system of quality and safety is also very important. After the promulgation of the Food Safety Law, the quality and safety of agricultural products, which are closely related to our lives, appear to be particularly prominent. It is a great matter related to our health and national economy and people's livelihood. However, the production, circulation, and quality supervision of agricultural products by processing enterprises are insufficient, and many agricultural products in corresponding China have such problems, which are relatively scattered in space and do not have enough scale of management. There are no standardized production standards and conditions and circulation links are more chaotic, these problems make the quality and safety of agricultural products occur frequently. Coffee, as an indispensable cash crop in our lives, inevitably has similar problems. Therefore, scientific supervision and management of coffee production, processing and circulation can prevent all kinds of food safety problems caused by coffee. Establishing a traceability system that conforms to Yunnan's coffee quality and safety can not only improve the safety of Yunnan's coffee quality, promote Yunnan's economic development, and promote Yunnan's small grain coffee export. According to the coffee database and network information set up by the system, the coffee production in Yunnan province can be predicted and the decision-making basis of the government's coffee policy can be provided conveniently. Through 5 years of efforts, Yunnan will focus on the three most advantageous "cloud series" (cloud tea, cloud flower, cloud medicine), three major "forest products" (forest chemical products, woody oils, edible fungi) and four major "plateau brands" (plateau fruits and vegetables). High-altitude potato industry, plateau sugar wine, plateau fishing animal husbandry), cultivate support to form a group of large agricultural leading enterprises with output value of more than ten billion yuan and tens of billions of yuan. We will promote the formation of more than 10 agricultural industries with an output value of more than 100 billion yuan and even hundreds of billions of yuan. Yunnan is the largest major coffee producing area and export base for earning foreign exchange in the country. Therefore, the establishment of coffee quality and safety traceability system is particularly necessary. Therefore, the study of this topic has important theoretical and practical value. This paper takes the coffee supply chain of Yunnan Province as a breakthrough, draws lessons from the successful examples of the traceability system of agricultural products at home and abroad, integrates. NET Framework technology, international general coding technology, and (RFID), database related technology of radio frequency identification technology. Ajax-related technology has completed the preliminary development of coffee quality and safety traceability system in Yunnan Province. The first is to discuss the specific methods of quality and safety traceability in line with the current situation of coffee in Yunnan Province. The feasibility of the demand of Yunnan coffee traceability system was analyzed, and the whole framework of Yunnan coffee quality traceability was realized. Secondly, the process of coffee production from planting to finished products was analyzed, and the model of Yunnan coffee production traceability was established. Third, relying on the powerful integration function of Microsoft Visual Studio2010 and MicrosoftSQL Server2008 database, the beautiful and friendly web development has been completed, so as to meet the corresponding needs of each participant in the coffee supply chain.
