S银行供应链融资在国内的战略定位研究
[Abstract]:Supply chain financing is a new means of business innovation and expansion for financial institutions because of the impact of subprime mortgage crisis in recent years and the tight capital of enterprise and financial system. Supply chain financing has become one of the most important growth points in the field of liquidity credit for international banks because of its unique advantages. Moreover, for domestic banks, banks have to rely on more intermediate income to keep their earnings stable as the government sets spreads to stabilize their revenues, but as the financial system opens further and spreads tend to narrow, banks have to rely on more intermediate income to maintain their earnings. Therefore, as an important business of bank, supply chain financing has important value to its strategic research. According to the statistics of global trade settlement in recent years, the decline in L / C usage ratio and the sharp increase in (Open Account Trade) of credit sales show the growth potential and prospects of supply chain financing. (selling on credit is the way for buyers and sellers to settle their trade, and the main customers of supply chain financing products are buyers and sellers on credit, financial products financed by banks). Moreover, China's recent growth in trade with North America, Europe, Japan and Australia has made it a global trading hub, and European and American banks have turned to China to seek supply chain financing opportunities. Therefore, supply chain financing as an important business of banks, it is of great significance to study its development strategy and strategic positioning. This paper takes the construction of supply chain financing development strategy of S Bank as the research object and research content. Based on the relevant literature of enterprise strategic management and enterprise competitive strategy theory, this paper applies the PEST environment analysis model. The five-force competition model and the evaluation matrix of external factors are used to analyze the development of internal and external environment of S bank in an all-round way. It also evaluates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development strategy of S Bank's supply chain financing business, and designs its development strategy from the construction ideas, strategic development and strategic functions of S Bank's strategy. This provides a basic theoretical framework and practical guidance for the supply chain financing strategy design of S bank, and provides a demonstration value for the supply chain financing promotion strategy design of other banks.
