基于云保险机制的云服务供应链契约设计与策略研究

【摘要】:云计算的快速发展为新兴服务业带来了全新的机遇和挑战,由云服务集成提供商、云服务顾客以及云服务功能提供商组成的云服务供应链需要更多的理论支撑,以提高整体的运作效率。考虑到云服务中断事件的偶发性和破坏性,云服务集成提供商一方面可以通过有效的契约设计实现其期望收益的最大化,另一方面也可以通过投保云保险,将云服务中断风险转移给云保险机构。 本文在对云计算服务相关实践现状进行剖析的基础上,结合对云计算风险控制和损失补偿、供应链协调契约、营业中断保险和网络保险等方面相关研究的梳理总结,提炼出本文的主要研究内容,在建立契约模型的基础上,通过比较静态分析和数值仿真分析两种方法,对引入云保险机制前、云服务集成提供商为其自身投保云保险和云服务集成提供商为云服务顾客投保云保险三种情境下的策略选择问题进行了探讨。 本文研究发现,首先,在一定的参数关系下,三种问题情境下的契约模型都存在均衡解,即云服务集成提供商和云服务顾客均可参考本模型的结果采取最优策略;其次,损失补偿比例作为一个关键的参变量,在不同的云服务中断风险下,对云服务集成提供商、云服务顾客的最优决策和期望收益或期望效用产生不同的影响;再次,相比于引入云保险机制前,云服务集成提供商为其自身投保云保险会使其成为唯一的受益方,其期望收益的增加量与损失补偿比例、云服务顾客的安全效用感知系数有关;除此之外,在一定的云服务中断风险下,云服务集成提供商为其顾客投保云保险可以使双方受益,该云保险类型的优势在此时尤为明显。本文得到的研究结论,在一定程度上丰富了云服务供应链契约理论,并给予云服务集成提供商许多管理启示,同时,为云保险市场的兴起奠定一定的理论基础。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of cloud computing brings new opportunities and challenges to the emerging services industry. The cloud service supply chain composed of cloud service integration providers, cloud service customers, and cloud service function providers needs more theoretical support. In order to improve the overall operational efficiency. Given the occasional and disruptive nature of cloud service outages, cloud service integration providers can maximize their expected benefits through effective contract design and, on the other hand, by insuring themselves with cloud insurance. Transfer cloud service disruption risk to cloud insurance institutions. Based on the analysis of the current situation of cloud computing service practice, this paper summarizes the related research on cloud computing risk control and loss compensation, supply chain coordination contract, business interruption insurance and network insurance, etc. The main research contents of this paper are extracted. On the basis of establishing contract model, by comparing two methods of static analysis and numerical simulation analysis, before the introduction of cloud insurance mechanism, Cloud service integration providers insure themselves with cloud insurance and cloud service integration providers insure cloud insurance for cloud service customers. In this paper, we find that, firstly, under certain parameter relations, there are equilibrium solutions in the three problem situations, that is, both cloud service integration providers and cloud service customers can take the optimal strategy according to the results of the model. Secondly, the loss compensation ratio, as a key parameter, has different effects on the optimal decision-making and expected profit or expected utility of cloud service integration providers and cloud service customers under different cloud service interruption risks. Again, compared to the cloud insurance mechanism before the introduction of the cloud insurance mechanism, cloud service integration providers will become the only beneficiary of cloud insurance for themselves, with the increase in expected revenue and the ratio of compensation for loss, The security utility perception coefficient of cloud service customers is related; In addition, with certain cloud service disruption risks, cloud service integration providers can benefit both parties by insuring their customers with cloud insurance, and the benefits of this type of cloud insurance are particularly evident at this time. The conclusion of this paper enriches the contract theory of cloud service supply chain to a certain extent, and gives a lot of management enlightenment to cloud service integration providers. At the same time, it lays a certain theoretical foundation for the rise of cloud insurance market.
