云环境下采购模式及风险评估研究

【摘要】:随着社会生产不断发展进步,采购在企业活动中的地位越来越高,甚至已经成为决定企业竞争成败的关键因素,因此提高采购效率对企业生存与发展至关重要。然而传统采购以及目前应用较为广泛的供应链采购等采购模式由于其自身局限性,,已经渐渐无法满足日益复杂多变的市场要求。企业亟需一种更为先进的采购模式,云环境下采购模式应运而生。云环境下采购凭借其多样性、随机性、海量性等特点能最大限度的满足用户需求,而且具有大批量、随机性的分配能力,能够为采购商提供便捷有效的采购渠道。本文以云制造为基础,主要研究了云环境下采购模式以及采购风险的评估,为云交易平台用户进行采购和识别规避风险提供一定的方法和手段。 首先,本文介绍了云环境下采购的相关理论及概念,包括云制造的概念特征及优势,采购模式的分类及各自特点,网络分析法的相关介绍,为之后云环境下采购模式的构建及采购风险的综合评价奠定基础。其次,根据云环境的特征建立云环境下的采购模式,具体有结构组成、采购流程分析以及模式中信息平台和交易平台的特征描述。再次,依次识别云采购风险影响因素,据此建立云环境下采购风险指标体系,结合网络分析法(ANP)构建云环境下采购风险评价模型,运用Super Decisions软件计算各风险因素权重,最终得到云环境下采购风险指标权重排序。最后,以广州联酷网络有限公司为例,通过分析其云购商城的云采购模式,并运用本文第4章所构造的采购风险评价模型对其进行综合评价,得出评价结果并对其进行分析,能使企业获取信息更加全面,为企业进行风险评估及决策提供了参考和依据。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of social production, procurement plays a more and more important role in enterprise activities, and even becomes the key factor to determine the success or failure of enterprise competition. Therefore, it is very important to improve procurement efficiency for the survival and development of enterprises. However, traditional procurement and supply chain procurement, which are widely used at present, have been unable to meet the increasingly complex and changeable market requirements due to their own limitations. Enterprises are in urgent need of a more advanced procurement model, which comes into being under the cloud environment. With the characteristics of diversity, randomness, sea quantity and so on, procurement in cloud environment can meet the needs of users to the maximum extent, and it has the ability of distributing in large quantities and randomness, which can provide buyers with convenient and effective procurement channels. Based on cloud manufacturing, this paper mainly studies the procurement model and the evaluation of procurement risk in cloud environment, which provides a certain method and means for cloud trading platform users to purchase and identify risk aversion. Firstly, this paper introduces the relevant theories and concepts of procurement in cloud environment, including the concept characteristics and advantages of cloud manufacturing, the classification and respective characteristics of procurement models, and the introduction of network analysis method. It lays a foundation for the construction of procurement model and the comprehensive evaluation of procurement risk under the cloud environment. Secondly, according to the characteristics of cloud environment, the procurement model under cloud environment is established, which includes structure composition, procurement process analysis and feature description of information platform and trading platform in the model. Thirdly, the influencing factors of cloud procurement risk are identified in turn, according to which the purchasing risk index system under cloud environment is established, and the evaluation model of procurement risk under cloud environment is constructed by combining network analysis method (ANP), and the weight of each risk factor is calculated by using Super Decisions software. Finally, the weight ranking of purchasing risk indicators under cloud environment is obtained. Finally, taking Guangzhou Lianku Network Co., Ltd as an example, by analyzing the cloud purchase mode of its cloud shopping mall, and using the procurement risk evaluation model constructed in chapter 4 of this paper, the author makes a comprehensive evaluation of the cloud purchase model, and obtains the evaluation results and analyzes the results. Can make the enterprise obtain the information more comprehensive, provides the reference and the basis for the enterprise to carry on the risk assessment and the decision-making.
