供应链弹性对供应链竞争力的作用机制研究

【摘要】：随着经济全球化加剧,市场的竞争形式已经发生转变。供应链之间的竞争形式逐步替代企业之间的竞争形式,成为市场主导。因此,供应链竞争力已经成为了学术界和企业界关注的焦点。具有较强竞争力的供应链可以较好实现供应链整体利益,赢得市场地位。但是当前突发事件频发,给供应链竞争力的提升带来了较强冲击。突发事件具有的低频率、高危害属性,使整个供应链网络中断的可能性较大。供应链弹性是随供应链风险诞生的。因此从供应链弹性入手,探讨其对供应链竞争力的作用机制显得尤为必要。本文进行了如下研究:(1)在前人研究的基础上,通过对已有文献的系统分析,对供应链弹性、供应链竞争力等概念进行了界定,并深入分析各变量的形成过程,然后结合形成过程的关键内容和前人已有研究,构建了各变量测度体系。(2)通过系统梳理文献,深度挖掘了供应链柔性、供应链敏捷性、供应链脆弱性、供应链弹性、供应链竞争力等变量之间存在影响作用,形成了变量之间的理论假设,并在此基础上,构建了供应链弹性对供应链竞争力的作用机制的概念模型。(3)在小样本基础上,对各变量的测度体系运用探索性因子分析方法进行了实证分析,剔除了供应链竞争力中不满足基本条件的“宏观环境变量”后,形成了具有较好信度和效度的量表,完善了各变量的测度体系。进而在大样本基础上进行正式测试,进行相应的效度和信度检验。(4)在供应链弹性对供应链竞争力的作用机制概念模型基础上,运用AMOS17.0对模型进行实证分析,分析发现供应链脆弱性对经营业绩和供应链弹性对管理水平的假设路径不成立,因此对模型进行了修正,形成了供应链弹性对供应链竞争力作用机制的最终模型,并深入探析了实证结果。(5)结合结果分析,首先从供应链柔性和供应链敏捷性两个角度探讨了供应链弹性的培育策略,然后在此基础上,从六个方面深入探讨了基于供应链弹性的供应链竞争力的培育策略。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of economic globalization, the form of competition in the market has changed. The form of competition between supply chains gradually replaces the form of competition between enterprises and becomes the leading market. Therefore, supply chain competitiveness has become the focus of academic and business circles. The supply chain with strong competitiveness can better realize the overall interests of the supply chain and win the market position. However, the frequent occurrence of emergencies has brought a strong impact to the improvement of supply chain competitiveness. Emergencies have low frequency and high hazard attributes, which makes the whole supply chain network more likely to be interrupted. Supply chain elasticity is born with supply chain risk. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to explore the mechanism of supply chain competitiveness from the point of view of supply chain elasticity. In this paper, the following research is carried out: (1) on the basis of previous studies, through the systematic analysis of the existing literature, the concepts of supply chain elasticity and supply chain competitiveness are defined, and the formation process of each variable is deeply analyzed. Then combined with the key content of the formation process and the previous research, the measurement system of each variable is constructed. (2) by systematically combing the literature, the flexibility of supply chain, the agility of supply chain, the vulnerability of supply chain and the elasticity of supply chain are deeply excavated. There is an influence effect between the variables such as supply chain competitiveness, which forms the theoretical hypothesis between variables, and on this basis, the conceptual model of the action mechanism of supply chain elasticity on supply chain competitiveness is constructed. (3) on the basis of small samples, This paper makes an empirical analysis on the measurement system of each variable by using exploratory factor analysis method, and eliminates the "macro environmental variables" which do not meet the basic conditions in the competitiveness of supply chain, and forms a scale with good reliability and validity. The measurement system of each variable is improved. Then the formal test is carried out on the basis of large samples, and the corresponding validity and reliability tests are carried out. (4) on the basis of the conceptual model of the mechanism of supply chain elasticity on supply chain competitiveness, AMOS17.0 is used to analyze the model empirically. It is found that the hypothetical path of supply chain vulnerability to business performance and supply chain flexibility to management level is not valid, so the model is modified to form the final model of supply chain flexibility on supply chain competitiveness mechanism. And in-depth analysis of the empirical results. (5) combined with the analysis of the results, this paper first discusses the cultivation strategy of supply chain flexibility from the perspective of supply chain flexibility and supply chain agility, and then on this basis, This paper probes into the cultivation strategy of supply chain competitiveness based on supply chain flexibility from six aspects.
